The Relation Of Bone Alkaline Phosphatase And Non-specific Low Back Pain

Object: To study the effects of the bone alkaline phosphatase in patients who suffer non-specific low back pain,and investigate the relation of the two sides.Methods: This study had got the consent of Ethics Committee of hospital,A total of 75 got consecutive patients with non-specific low back pain take part in this study.All patients were recruited at the first affiliated hospital of Shihezi University during May to the end of September 2015,and recruited 28 health persons as control group.Record everyone's general information,like age,tall,BMI.Then draw everyone's vein blood 1-2ml in the median cubital vein,to test erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reactive protein and bone alkaline phosphatase.And completed the scales of RMDQ and VAS test the level of pain and influence on patients' life in experimental group,According VAS grade divided into three groups: group A: VAS grade 1~3,group B: VAS grade 4~6,group C: VAS grade 7~10;record the date and calculated.The result of this scale and blood consequence had no relation to the precept of cure to everyone.Results: In the end,there were 72 NLBP patients and 28 health persons taken in the study,because there need excluded infection,fracture and miss information and so on.Compared with the control group,the dose of BALP was lower than the experimental group(P <0.05);Group A,group B and group C have no significance difference(P >0.05),The group C higher at RMDQ than group A and group B,and which was lower in group A than group B(P <0.05).The RMDQ and VAS of medical record group correlation index is 0.590(P <0.01).Conclusion: The level of bone alkaline phosphatase in the patients with non-specific LBP was higher than the normal level standard,and they has not common,But there would need further investigation.
