Objective In recent years,with rapid development our country industry widely used in organic solvent in industry,the production and use of benzene in industrial production rise,exposure to benzene assignments are on the increase.State family planning department of health issued national acute occupational poisoning,according to a report basic benzene poisoning in the top three,benzene caused major damage to workers' occupational health.With the improvement of production automation and the improvement of labor protection facilities,benzene workers in workshop environments tend to be exposed to low concentrations of benzene.For mastering the Laoshan district on benzene occupational health and benzene worker health status,preliminary explore different positions,different length of benzene operation worker blood index changes,provide a basis for supervision in occupational health supervision department,prompting companies increased investment in occupational health,protect workers' occupational health,conducted the study.Methods According to the enterprise declaration,there are 17 on benzene enterprises in laoshan area,for small micro enterprise,the exposure to benzene workers more than 400 people,involving shoes,car maintenance,mechanical assembly.Selection for seven benzene enterprises,investigate the work sites and file system,responsibility system,rules and regulations,management institutions,declare,warning labels,workplace management,protection facilities and supplies,training,health care and other occupational health status and workers' occupational history,history of occupational exposure.Choose the total of 211 benzene workers who are all the seven benzene company workers to benzene exposure group,according to post technology difference,benzene job objects can be divided into brush glue group and spray group.From these 7 companies,selecting 53 non-contact benzene workers for reference.The benzene exposure group and control group have occupational health physical examination,and collect the physical examination data.Statistical analysis of occupational health of enterprises,workers' cognition and the difference of blood markers in the group,spray group and control group.Results The concentration of benzene in benzene,the unit of investigation,did notexceed the state limit.There are some problems about responsibility system,management organization,application of occupational diseases,warning marks set,workplaces,management,protection facilities and supplies,health,training,emergency disposal,imperfect health care,etc.Laoshan benzene work post leucocyte abnormal rate is higher,cementing jobs,spraying and the control group leukocyte abnormal rate is 19.64%,7.14% and 1.13% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Cementing jobs,spraying of red blood cell count,and control group were 4.35×1012 and 4.50×1012 / L(P < 0.05),three groups of hemoglobin were 126.37,134.55,and 135.85 g/L,cementing hemoglobin levels below the spraying job with the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion 1?In the region,the area involved in the occupational health infrastructure of benzene enterprises is weak,and the construction of occupational health infrastructure should be further strengthened.2?Low concentrations of benzene also have blood toxicity,and the occupational health of benzene workers exposed to low-concentration environments should be taken seriously.3?Enterprises should improve the training level and the ability of emergency management for education,and increase investment in occupational health.4?The decrease in the number of red blood cells and the loss of hemoglobin is likely to be a sensitive indicator of early changes in the blood index of benzene workers.5?The government should strengthen the focus and oversight of key industries and key enterprises in the area of benzene.
