| Objective:To investigate the occupational environment of benzene workers in suzhou industrial park, understand the status quo of occupational health examination of benzene workers, and analyze the impact of benzene jobs on workers’ health. The effects of different genders, ages and working ages on the blood system were compared to provide scientific basis for enterprises in the park to formulate occupational prevention and control measures.Methods:1.Randomly select benzene related enterprises in suzhou industrial park for on-site environmental investigation, summarize and analyze the monitoring data of benzene, toluene and xylene concentration, and evaluate the sanitary conditions of benzene operating environment of the above enterprises.2.Personnel who participated in occupational health examination in suzhou industrial park from 2015 to 2017 were selected for retrospective investigation and analysis of occupational health examination data. The physical examination results of the positions exposed to benzene before, during and after work were summarized and analyzed. The abnormal rates of blood routine were compared between the benzene workers and the control group during 2015-2017.Meanwhile,the influence of gender, age and working age on the blood system of benzene workers in 2017 was analyzed.Results:1.The on-site investigation results of benzene related enterprises in sxizhou industrial park show that the majority of benzene related enterprises are exposed to mixed benzene.Benzene, toluene, xylene concentration monitoring in the vast majority of the national exposure limits.Benzene detection point concentration in the qualified range, toluene and xylene occasionally exceeded the standard, but the proportion is not high. The maximum concentration of benzene is 0.9 mg/m3;The maximum concentration of toluene was 252.3 mg/m3,2.5 times the national standard, and the maximum concentration of xylene was 476 mg/m3,4.7 times the national standard.2.Summary of physical examination results of various post states before, during and after work:from 2015 to 2017,the total number of pre-job occupational health examination for benzene class jobs was 12,142,the number of abnormal blood routine was 618,and the detection rate of abnormal blood routine was 5.09%.During the working period, the total number of occupational health examination was 13,332 people,563 people had abnormal blood routine, and the detection rate of abnormal blood routine was 4.22%.The total number of people who left the post for occupational health examination was 1749,122 with abnormal blood routine, and the detection rate of abnormal blood routine was 6.98%.3,2015-2017,during the on-the-job and the control results summary:2015,2016,2017,during the on-the-job and abnormal rate of control group routine blood,respectively,4.09%,4.38%,3.91%,3.12%,in which blood leucocyte decrease detection rate were 2.12%,2.25%,2.1%,2.25%,differences between groups was statistically significant(χ2=11.058,14.966,10.960,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of hemoglobin and thrombocytopenia between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Factors influencing blood routine of operators exposed to benzene for a long time:the detection rate of abnormal blood routine was 2.1%and 9.9%for men and women, among which the abnormal rate of white blood cell decrease was 1.65%and 3.54%respectively.The reduction rate of hemoglobin was 0.5%and 6.4%,respectively.The detection rate of white blood cell and hemoglobin abnormality in female employees was higher than that in male employees, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in blood routine abnormalities at different ages and working years.Conclusion:1.Benzene-related enterprises in suzhou industrial park attach great importance to the protection of benzene operations, and the qualified rate of 100%benzene,98.8%toluene and 97.6%xylene in the surveyed units.2.The abnormal detection rate of blood routine during the post is lower than that before and after the post. The abnormal detection rate of blood routine before work remained basically unchanged.During work, the abnormal detection rate of blood routine showed a downward trend, while the abnormal detection rate of blood routine increased year by year after leaving work.3.Long-term exposure to low-concentration benzene substances has a certain impact on the hematopoietic system, which is manifested as the decline of blood white blood cells or neutrophils, and has little impact on hemoglobin and platelet heterogeneity.4.In suzhou industrial park, employees working in benzene-related enterprises are mostly male. However, the abnormal blood routine rate of female employees is significantly higher than that of male employees, and female employees are more likely to be affected by benzene,so the occupational protection of female employees should be paid more attenl:ion.Age and working age had no significant effect on blood routine abnormality. |
