Objective To detect the expression levels of the HE4,CEA,NSE,Pro-GRP and CYFRA21-1 in patients with lung cancer and to explore the clinical significance of joint detection in diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods Selected 125 patients with lung cancer from Yi Du Central Hospital in February 2015 to April 2016 as research object, namely the lung cancer group(including 65 cases of adenocarcinoma,40 cases of squamous carcinoma,20 cases of small cell lung cancer).40 patients with benign pulmonary diseases and 50 cases of healthy physical examination were as control group at the same time, measured Serum HE4,CEA,NSE,Pro-GRP and CYFRA21-1 by electrochemical method.Compare the differences of the corresponding detection index in each group, and associated statistical analysis. The lung cancer group was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results ? The Serum level of HE4,CEA,NSE,Pro-GRP and CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those of benign pulmonary diseases group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Compared control group with benign pulmonary diseases group the five markers had no statistical significance differences(P>0.05).? The Serum level of HE4,CEA,NSE,Pro-GRP and CYFRA21-1 in lung cancer group were significantly reduced after treatment than those of patients with lung cancer before treatment(P<0.01),but the Serum level of CEA,NSE,Pro-GRP were still higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).? The levels of HE4 and CEA in serum of patients with adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than squamous carcinoma and small cell lung cancer(P<0.01),The levels of NSE and Pro-GRP in serum of patients with small cell lung cancer were significantly higher than adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma cancer(P<0.01),The level of serum CYFRA21-1 in patients with squamous carcinoma was significantly higher than adenocarcinoma and small cell lung cancer(P<0.01).?The single sensitivity rate of HE4,CEA,NSE,Pro-GRP and CYFRA21-1 of lung cancer patients was 63.2%,45.6%,29.6%,14.4%,28.8%.The sensitivity rate of joint detection of five kinds of tumor markers was 90.4%.? The result of Immunohistochemical was that HE4 was the positive expression in lung cancer tissues,The positive expression rate of the adenocarcinoma, squamous carcinoma, small cell lung cancer was 78.5%,55%,10%.Conclusions ? The combined detection of serum HE4,CEA,NSE,Pro-GRP and CYFRA21-1 can greatly improve the sensitivity of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung cancer.? The dynamic monitoring of serum HE4,CEA,NSE,Pro-GRP and CYFRA21-1 levels in patients with lung cancer can provide experimental basis for clinical judgment of therapeutic effect and evaluation of prognosis basis.? The serum HE4 level can be used as a tumor marker for the diagnosis of lung cancer, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
