| Objective To explore the MICM classification of ALL(Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia)and to clarify some factors related with the response to chemotherapy and the prognosis of ALL.Materials and methods We retrospectively analyzed 89 ALL patients whose diagnosis was investigated in the first clinical hospital of Lanzhou(LZU)University from October 2013 to October 2016.Using the SPSS19.0 software analyze the data,data counting by chi-square test and measuring by t test,the K-M survival curve is used for survival analysis.Results(1)Among all ALL patients,child patients with ALL share the largest proportion,the median age was 14 years old,the male and female ratio is 1.41:1,age and risk stratification have effect on OS;Before receiving relative treatments,leukocytosis becomes the main manifestation and for 57.3%,the21.35% of patients are diagnosed with pancytopenia,the WBC,Hb level of T-ALL is higher than B-ALL;The proportion of immature cell in bone marrow of B-ALL is higher than that in T-ALL,and this has not effect on OS.(2)Among B-ALL patient,positive rate of membrane antigen is expressed as follows:CD19,CD10,cCD79 a,CD20,CD22;Among T-ALL patients,positive rate is expressed as follows:cCD3andCD7,CD5,CD3,CD4;The comparison with CR rate of B-ALL and T-ALL patients is not statistically significant;The comparison with CR rate of each antigen expression on B-ALL and T-ALL is also not statistically significant;The 14.61% of patients expressed myeloid antigen,CD13 is the highest expression rate.CD34,CD38 and HLA-DR is often expressed in B-ALL,The comparison with CR rate of the positive expression group and negative group is not statistically significant.The patients expressed CD34-is higher that of CD34+.(3)The39.33% of patients are diagnosed with more than 90% of Lymphoblast and prolymphocyte in bone marrow,the Lymphoblast and prolymphocyte proportion of T-ALL is higher than B-ALL.(4)The BCR-ABL gene of abnormal fusion gene is the most common and is accounting for 22.35%.The rate of chromosome abnormality is 25%,of which complex is the highest.Conclusion(1)The WBC,Hb level of T-ALL is higher than B-ALL;The proportion of immature cell in bone marrow of B-ALL is higher than that in T-ALL.(2)The lymphatic expression has no effect on the CR rate of ALL patients.Hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell antigen are normally expressed in B-ALL.(3)Abnormal karyotype is common in the complex karyotypes aberrations.Abnormal fusion gene is commonly expressed in BCR-ABL. |
