Clinical Study On Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia By Stude-jude-05 Protocol

Background Acute lymphoblaslic leukemia(ALL) is the major malignant tumor in childhood,.Muhiagent chemotherapy has significantly improved survival for childhood ALL.We inducted Stude-jude-05 Protocol treatment the newly diagnosed patients with ALL since July 2007.Objective To collect the clinical and laboratory data of ALL patients and analysis the CR rate relapse rate,CNSL,treatment related events,Finally evaluating the Stude-jude-05 Protocol。Methods 62 children under 14 years old diagnosed with ALL were incruited in the study.The date of last follow—up was Des 2010.MICM and clinical risk classification were done and the chemotherapy regimen was used according to the Stude-jude-05 protoc01.Patients were stratified into the standard—riskgroup(LR),the rmedium—risk(MR),the high—riskgroup(HR), and the super-high-rish(SHR).Statistical analysisWas done by software SPSS 1 1.5for Windows.Results:1.62 childhoods with ALL were treated with the Stude-jude-05 protocol during June 2007 to December 2010. Of the 62 ALL patients,60(96.77%) achieved complete remission(CR).2.Relapse occurred in 13 of 62 patients(20.96%).10 patients had bone marrow relapse,2 patients had simple CNS relapse and 1 patients had testis combined with CNS replase.The relapse rate was 41.17%(7/17)in the HR and SHR,26.66(4/15)in the MR and 6.66%(2/30)in the SR.So,the relapse rate among the three risk groups show significant difference(P<0.05).3.Cox proportional hazard model analysis show that bone marrow response of D 19 and the clinical risk factor classification are independent prognostic indicators.4.Treatment-related death didn't occurr .The major death was gave up the treatments when he relapsed.5.The measurement of MRD offers the promise of individualized,risk-stratified treatment.。6.The results indicated that the bone mass suppression is serious,resulting in infection.
