Backgroud: Enhanced recovery after surgery as a new theory, ensuring safety, minimally invasive and accurate surgical technique, reduce the influence of stressor on the physiological and psychological of patients during hospitalization, shorten the hospitalization time.To keep the Enhanced recovery after surgery work effective, medical, nursing, operation room, intensive care unit and other departments should work together in the patient's treatment process.Kehlet thinks that further ERAS clinical effect depends on the application of comprehensive development, especially should focus on minimally invasive surgery, effective multimodal analgesia measures and measures to reduce the stress of pharmacology aspects of development. Objective: Compare the Enhanced recovery after surgery therapy and traditional treatment in hepatectomy around perioperative period,to discuss their outcomes.Method : Selecting the patients performed hepatectomy at gernal surgical department from June of 2015 to June 2016,divided into Enhanced recovery after the surgery group and traditional treatment group, compared liver function, bleeding volume, operation time, patient's satisfaction and others between two groups.Result:The time of operation of experiment and control group is(152.30±24.14)min and(148.86±20.55)min,there isn't difference between two groups(P>0.05).There are indications of the experimental group:the amount of bleeding is(345.44±135.154)ml,postoperative exhaust time is(2.75±0.92)days,time of removal the drainage tube is(4.06±1.14)days,ALT is(65.61±32.81)IU/L,TBIL is(21.28±6.21)umol/L,PA is(145.08±8.00)mg/L,the weight loss of discharging is(1.53±0.71)kg,the incidence of postoperative complications is 5.56%,the hospitalation expence is(49123.25±345.78)yuan;in control group the results are(475.61±136.83)ml,(3.19 ± 0.99)days,(5.38±1.19)days,(163.76±35.58)IU/L,(31.38±7.18)umol/L,(97.00±7.13)mg/L,(2.86±0.32)kg,(12.17±2.78)d?16.67%(7/42),(56321.09±768.08)yuan,there isn't difference between two groups(P<0.05)Conclusion:Compared with traditional treatment, apply enhanced recovery after surgery around perioperative period process of hepatectomy is safe and effective, accelerate the recovery of liver function after surgery, the amount of bleeding reduced, postoperative exhaust time were earlier, removal the drainage tube earlier, short postoperative hospitalization days, patient satisfaction increased significantly.
