Objective:To study and explore the significance and effect of multimodal analgesia based on ERAS in the perioperative period of anorectal surgery,as well as providing a safe and effective analgesic scheme. Methods:A total of 80 patients with anorectal disease operated in our department from July 2019 to January 2020 were recruited as study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group(group A,n=40)and the control group(group B,n=40).Group A received multimodal analgesia with the timely and continuous scheme, while group B received routine and on-demand analgesia. The postoperative situations which include pain scores of VAS,additional painkillers, the incidence of adverse reaction and complication, assessment of living quality, time of leaving the bed, days of hospitalization, and total satisfaction of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The pain score of VAS in group A was significantly lower than that in group B at different points of postoperative time, such as 4h,12 h,24 h,2 d,3d,5d(P<0.05).The people of additional painkillers which named Tramadol or Dezocine in group A were significantly less than that in group B after the operation(P<0.05),as well as the total dosage of Tramadol or Dezocine(1.9g,40mg versus 3.8g,110mg).The incidence of postoperative adverse reaction and complication in group A(7.5%)was significantly lower than that in group B(27.5%)(P<0.05).The postoperative scores of S-AI and incidence of insomnia in group A were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).The postoperative time of leaving bed in group A was significantly earlier than that in group B(P<0.05).The postoperative days of hospitalization in group A were significantly less than that in group B(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of treatment in group A(92.5%)was significantly higher than that in group B(75%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multimodal analgesia based on ERAS could be applied in the perioperative period of anorectal surgery. It could obviously relieve the perioperative pain of the patients, save the use of opioids, reduce the risk of adverse reaction and complication, improve postoperative living quality, shorten the days of hospitalization, and achieve higher patient's satisfaction, that is worthy of clinical promotion.
