?Objective?1.To explore the effect of device of mini-invasive fat granules injection under constant pressure and quantity on the injection pressure and pressure fluctuation degree in subcutaneous and muscle of rats during injection,and to explore the characterstics of the device.2.The effect of the device of mini-invasive fat granules injection under constant pressure and quantity on the survival rate transplanted of fat and the activity before and after fat transplantation,compared the activity of granule fat.3.To explore the injective pressure of device in each part of face,and compared with traditional syringe injection pressure,to explore advantages of the device in autologous fat injection.?Method?1.Twenty healthy Wistar female rats were randomly divided into two groups: Group A and Group B,each of 10,group A with the device of mini-invasive fat granules injection under constant pressure and quantity in the back of the rat subcutaneous and biceps Injection of 1ml granule fat,B group with traditional syringes in the back of the rat subcutaneous and biceps intramuscular injection of 1ml granular fat,pressure measurement equipment were recorded during the injection pressure changes.2.The fat samples were obtained from 5 female donors and injected with the device of mini-invasive fat granules injection under constant pressure and quantity.The fat activity was compared before and after treatment.3.From October 2016 to March 2017,there were 5 patients to do autologous fat injection in our department,according to the number of injections per part of the number of cases,the amount of the Ministry of mandibular receiving constant pressure constant use of minimally invasive autologous fat injection 10 cases of granule fat were injected into the experimental group,and 10 cases were treated with traditional syringe method as the control group.Respectively,to observe the experimental group and the control group in the various parts of the injection process changes in pressure.?Result?1.The injection pressure of the device of mini-invasive fat granules injection under constant pressure and quantity in the femoral biceps femoris was higher than that in rats,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.The amount of glucose in the granule fat was 0.70 ± 0.10 mmol / L and 0.67 ± 0.08 mmol / L,respectively,before and after injection of the device of mini-invasive fat granules injection under constant pressure and quantity,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).3.In granular fat transplantation,the injection pressure mean and injection pressure fluctuations of the device is smaller than the traditional injector method in the rat subcutaneous,muscle,the human face,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)?Conclusion?The pressure of the autologous fat graft is less uniform than the traditional syringe method,the pressure change and the injection speed are more uniform and stable,resulting in smaller and more uniform shear stress,easier to achieve painless effect,and Will not have a direct impact on the survival rate of transplanted fat.
