Research On Chronic Disease Prevention And Control Management Of Panjin

In recent years, chronic diseases show a trend of high incidence year by year, began to bewidespread public concern, chronic disease prevention and control is not only a technical problem, but also management issues, social problems. Through the investigation and research on the prevention and control of chronic diseases, government departments in the provision of grass-roots health services, for different groups of people needs to implement different prevention and control technology to achieve a comprehensive public health services to enhance the effect. Chronic disease prevention and control work not only for each individual and family disease is important, but also for the whole community to reduce the economic burden, improve the quality of life of the population is of great significance.This article through to Panjin chronic disease prevention and control of population(the high-risk groups and sick people) related to the status quo conduct in-depth investigation and study, taking questionnaires and individual interviews, thorough understanding of key crowd chronic disease prevention and control requirements, and related chronic disease prevention and control of medical institutions to provide services, aiming at the problems existing in chronic disease management,so as to put forward the reasonable and feasible countermeasures and suggestions, improve and perfect the management style. Firstly,according to the purpose of this survey, we select the relatively mature questionnaire,combined with the actual city modify, and design appropriate interview outline depending on the work scope of different chronic diseases prevention and control institutions. According to urban and rural sampling respectively, each select five urban community health service centers, rural township hospitals each select four investigations make investigations more representative, to reduce the sampling error, the survey received a total of 385 valid questionnaires.Secondly, through 385 questionnaires and interviews to collect the relevant data, using SPSS software for statistical analysis, to master the distribution characteristics of different urban and rural resident’s population status quo of chronic illnesses, the financial burden of chronic diseases and health care, physical examination and health demand for an other aspects of knowledge, as well as the city’s medical and health institutions to provide chronic disease prevention services, the understanding of the gap between supply and demand.Based on the survey results, it was found that the main reasons for the problems existed in themanagement of chronic diseases prevention and treatment in Panjin were: The lack of functions of relevant government departments. The Government’s fiscal policy is limited.Prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in a single form of management. Primary health care institutions, the low level of chronic disease prevention and control. Finally, the relevant government departments for the development of chronic disease prevention and management policies to make recommendations:(1)To strengthen the government public health administrative department of the leading role.(2) To carry out a variety of chronic disease prevention and management.(3)To improve public health institutions, chronic disease prevention and control capacity.
