Objective:1.Intelligent comparison software is developed based on large databases of "Floating Population and Rental Integrated Management System","Student Status Information Management System",and "Immunization information management system in Shenzhen".2.To explore the new model of floating child immunization management,inspection of vaccination certificate and student vaccination fine management in kindergartens or schools by using big data platform,provide a reference for departments concerned to formulate solutions.3.To understand the knowledge cognitive level,attitude and service needs of vaccination of child's parents or guardians,and analyze the main factors influencing the floating children vaccination.Methods:1.Cooperate with Company of Cybermax in Shenzhen,the intelligent data comparison system of Floating C hildren Supplementary Immunization Information Management System was developed based on the former children immunization information management system.2.Shenzhen Longgang District Longgang Street Longdong Community as an immunization grid management pilot of floating children,children under 6 years of age was carried out general household supplementary Immunization.The number of children and their vaccination status were comprehens ively and dynamically mastered by using the data of "Floating Population and Rental Integrated Management System" of Longdong Community Grid Office,"Student Status Information Management System",and "Immunization information management system in Shenzhen".Use the Floating C hildren Supplementary Immunization Information Management System to compare the above database,children whose vaccination status was not mastered by "Immunization information management system in Shenzhen" were screened out.Then trained grid information collectors carried out verification and publicity launched by entering the home,and timely found out children who had not or missed vaccinated and referral them to the community health center to file or vaccinate.Assisted health education and other intervention measures,analyzed the change of vaccination rate before and after the intervention,and evaluated the impact of the large data grid management on the floating children vaccination.3.Shenzhen Longgang District Longgang Street Longdong Community and Pingdi Street as a pilot of inspection of vaccination certificate and student vaccination fine management in kindergartens or schools,5 kindergartens in Longdong Community and 12 kindergartens in Pingdi Street were selected as the intervention group,use the Floating C hildren Supplementary Immunization Information Management System to carry out the inspection of vaccination certificate and student vaccination fine management in kindergartens or schools.2 kindergartens in Longdong Community and 3 kindergartens in Pingdi Street were selected as the control group,analysis the intervention group and the control group students' filing rate,various vaccination rates and their differences.4.Trained interviewers used a self-designed questionnaire to survey 285 children's parents,collecting information on the basic situation of the children,guardians of children vaccination knowledge,and immunization service needs.Analyze the main factors influencing the immunization of floating children.Results:1.Floating C hildren Supplementary Immunization Information Management System embedded in the original child vaccination system was developed successfully and it was online networking connection with "Immunization information management system in Shenzhen".2.In the field of floating children immunization grid management work in the community,the pilot community after two times of intervention,there were statistically significant(P<0.05)in Hep B3,PV4,DPT3,DPT4,MenA2,MenAC1,JE1,JE2,HepA,MC V1 and MC V2.3.In the field of inspection of vaccination certificate and student vaccination fine management in kindergartens or schools,as of July 2016,the filing rate of intervention group was higher than the control group 100% filing rate 92.87%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After intervention,intervention group children all kinds of vaccination rates have different degrees of improvement,compared with before,except BCG,PV3,DPT3,MenA1,MenA2,the rest of the vaccination rates difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the vaccination rates between the intervention group and the control group before intervention.After intervention,except BCG,PV3,DPT3,MenA1,MenA2,the rest of the vaccination rates difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.Stepwise Logistic regression analysis showed that children's specific birth place(OR=0.385),father's cultural degree(OR=6.701),whether knew should handle inspection certificate by vaccination certificate when children go to the kindergarten or school(OR=0.370)were the main factors which affected the immunization coverage of children.Conclusions:1.Floating C hildren Supplementary Immunization Information Management System has the advantages of small memory,simple operation,powerful and accurate statistics,time-saving and labor-saving.It can effectively accomplish searching unvaccinated floating children and inspecting vaccination certificate in kindergarten and school.2.Connect the health departments,the community departments and the education departments based on big data platform and strengthen the multi-sectoral cooperation,this model of floating children immunization can comprehensively and dynamically master the number of children and their vacc ination status.Then timely find out children who have not or missed vaccinated and referral them to the community health center to file or vaccinate through the power of community organizations and schools and it can effectively improve the vaccination rate of floating children.3.Children's specific birth place,father's cultural degree,and whether knew should handle inspection certificate by vaccination certificate when children go to the kindergarten or school were the main factors which affected the immunization coverage of children.4.The key to improve the immunization coverage rate of floating children is to establish an effective immunization management model,strengthen propaganda the vaccination knowledge to parents of floating children,improve the recognition of parents of children's immunization program,and improve immunization services and management level.
