The Late Permian in South C hina is an important coal-forming period in the geological period.The Late Permian coal resources are distributed in Weining,Xuanwei,Fuyuan and west of the county.The village and Guizhou non-lung cancer area Panxian old factory belong to the middle and lower reaches of the Xuanwei coal series in the Late Permian coal formation in South China(Longtan Formation).In this paper,the elements of environmental science,medical geology,mineral petrology and cytotoxicology were used to analyze the elements of coal and coal combustion products in the living area of Hutou Village and O ld Factory by ICP-MS.Xuanwu lung cancer patients lung cancer tissue and power plant coal products,power plant around the dust and PM10 elements in the content of the test and analysis,through the above analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:1.After the investigation of Xuanwei lung cancer high incidence of the town of Hutou village residents living fuel is mainly used in Yantang coal mining B3 coal seam,the control point of non-lung cancer area Guizhou Panxian old factory residents living fuel mainly from the old coal mine mining 17 coal seam.(1)The contents of Ca,V,Cr,Co,N i,C u,Sr,Zn,Pr,Nd,La,Ce,Gd,Dy and Pb in the B3 coal samples of Xuanwei Hutou Village were higher than those of the old coal mine No.of coal samples.(2)The enrichment of coal in coal mine of Xuanwei Yantang coal mine is higher than that of the old coal mine and the volcanic activity or magmatic hydrothermal process in the process of coal formation.The enrichment of S in the old coal is mainly caused by the formation of seawater The enrichment of As is related to volcanic activity.2.Respectively,in the high-risk area of Xuanwei lung cancer in the town of Hutou Village and the control point of non-lung cancer area Panxian old factory collection of kitchen dust,bedroom dust particle size detection.Xuanwei bedroom gray particle size less than 10?m is the proportion of Xuanwei kitchen gray 2 times,Xuanwei bedroom gray particle size is less than 2?m proportion is Xuanwei kitchen gray about 3 times,in general,the bedroom gray than the kitchen gray Small size,female and male sleep time of 8.3 hours,are higher than the stove around and other activities,presumably in the bedroom can breathe more fine particles.Xuanwei kitchen dust,bedroom dust than the old factory kitchen dust,bedroom dust particle size,which may lead to Xuanwei tiger village residents than the old factory residents inhaled more fine particles in the room.3.Collecting tiger village and the old factory farmers stove ash,pan bottom ash,chimney gray,indoor dust content detection.Tiger village chimney gray,indoor ash,pot ash,stove ash element enrichment is greater than the old factory,Xuanwei Hutou Village No.4 farmers mainly use wood and bituminous coal to cook,and the old factory No.4 farmers use Bituminous coal as a fuel,its chimney ash,indoor ash,pan bottom ash,stove ash element enrichment higher than Xuanwei Hu Tou Village,indicating the use of bituminous coal as fuel than burning wood is more likely to cause a large number of elements enrichment.4.Collect the coal content of Xuanwei power plant for particle size and element content analysis.(1)Xuanwei power plant dust collector on the particle size> 50?m fly ash has a better effect,and the particle size <10?m fly ash dust removal effect is poor,into the atmosphere accounted for 78.09%,particle size in 1-5?m fly Ash into the atmosphere accounted for 49.22%,especially for the particle size <2?m dust removal effect of the lowest,and finally discharged into the atmosphere accounted for 38.09%.(2)Comparison of Xuanwei power plant during the process of coal enrichment found that the large to small: fly ash 3(after four dust collector fly ash)> bottom ash> fly ash 2(after a dust fly Ash)> fly ash 1(not through the dust of the fly ash),the end of the ash element content after the fly ash 3,indicating that the coal combustion process less volatile,basically retained in the bottom ash,fly ash 3 Al,V,Co,Ni,C u,As,Sn,Yb,U,Bi and other elements far greater than the bottom ash,fly ash 2,fly ash 1.5.Analysis of Elements in Dust and PM10 around Xuanwei Power Plant.(1)The concentration of PM10 in the Xuanwei Railway Station,Guixiang River and Hutou Village were larger than those in the daytime.The concentration of Na was the highest in all daytime PM10,and the concentration of Na,Ca,Ca,K,Zn and Ga The concentration of Ba,K,Na,Zn,Ti,Cr,N i,Cu,As,Rb and Pb in different areas is the railway station> Guixianghe> Hu Toucun.(2)Compared with the enrichment degree of dust elements in four sampling sites,the enrichment of Ca,Al,Ce,Cr,Cu,Sr,Sn and V elements was expressed as Xuanwei people> Ji Jiatun> Hutou Village> plate Bridge,you can see the power plant pollutants on the next wind of the guests and Hutou village area of the environment pollution,and with the distance from the power plant closer,the more serious pollution.6.Control lung cancer patients with lung cancer tissue cancer cells observed,the cells contain a lot of particles,most of the nanoparticle particles are aggregated.The particle size and element content of fly ash from the coal fired in the Xuanwei power plant were analyzed.The particle size of 1-5?m fly ash was 49.22% and the particle size was less than 2?m,accounting for 38.09%.According to the analysis of the trend of elemental content in the lung tissue,the content of fly ash(fly ash 3)and the content of lung cancer tissue elements in the Xuanwei coal-fired power plant were basically consistent with the individual elements in the distribution trend,and the element content of fly ash 3 Which was higher than that of lung cancer tissues.Through this analysis,it was proved that the smoke emitted from the power plant had an effect on the high incidence of lung cancer,which was different from the previous research results.The high incidence of lung cancer may be related to the impact of local burning bituminous coal and power plant coal emissions.
