Object:Discuss the characteristics of cognitive impairment in bipolar disorder with impulsive aggression patients, and if the impulsive aggression will increase cognitive function damage in bipolar disorder patients,in order to provide the theory basis of science. Methods:This study adopts the method of cross-sectional study,to study of the willing to accept the investigated 72 patients with bipolar disorders in clinical psychology department of the xinjiang uygur autonomous region people's hospital in October 2015 to August 2016.The bipolar disorders were investigated and assessed by general situation questionnaire, light manic symptoms self-evaluation scale(HCL-32),Hamilton depression scales(HAMD),revised Barratt impulse scale(BIS-11),modified version the overt behavior against scale(MOAS),Montreal cognitive assessment scale(Mo CA),Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST)and the Stroop test tool. Will all patients according to revised Barratt impulse scale(BIS-11)and modified version of the overt behavior against scale(MOAS)grading standards, divided into attack group(MOAS weighted total score of 5 or more points, and in the table "physical attack" item 1 or more points;the BIS-11 total score 70 points or higher)33 cases with the attack group(MOAS weighted total score 5 points and "physical attack" = 0;the BIS-11 total score 70 points)39 cases.Results:(1)There were no statistically statistical difference between the two groups in general situation.(P ?0.05).(2)The HCL-32 score had no statistical difference between the attack group [18(15,22),P?0.05] and unattack group[19(16,23)].the state of hypomania score are same.(3)No matter in attention impulsive, motor impulsive or unplanned impulsive,in contrast to unattack group, the attack group showed more prominent impulsiveness, and all have significant statistical difference(P?0.05).(4)According to the WCST test, only in the number of correct response, continuous number reply non-durable error and has no statistical significance(P?0.05).Attack group showed more obvious executive function damage.(5)On the evaluation results of the Stroop colour word test the attack group and unattack group showed no statistically significant difference(P ?0.05).In response inhibition ability and anti-interference ability were no obvious difference betweenattack group and the unattack group.(6)The Mo CA score of attack group is 23.00(20.00,20.00),and the Mo CA score of the attack group is 26.00(23.00,23.00),although there are cognitive impairment, compared to unattack group, the attack groupshowed more significant cognitive impairment. In the visual space and executive function, attention, abstract ability and the directional force showed statistically significant difference(P ? 0.05)between attackgroup and the attack group.Conclusion:(1)In the whole study, accompanied by impulsive aggression showed cognitive function damage in bipolar disorder patients; But without impulsive aggression of bipolar disorder patientson overall showed no cognitive function impairment;(2)From the individual, whether or not accompanied by impulsive aggression, part of the bipolar disorder patients existing cognitive function.(3)The attack behavior of patients with bipolar disorderhas showed more obvious cognitive impairment between in executive function, attention, abstraction and directional force etc than in patients without impulsive aggression.(4)The aggressive behaviorcan beserved as external factors of predicting further cognitive function damage.
