Objective: Analysis of the clinical effect of interventional chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer;interventional study and analysis of the expression of Caspas-3 and Caspase-9 in cervical cancer before and after treatment and its correlation,provide a theoretical basis for selecting further opportunities for treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:(1)clinical data from 50 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients in our hospital,pathological diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma,patients and family members signed the agreement;clinical stage IB2 16 cases,stage A 12 cases,stage B 22 cases.(2)collection: bilateral uterine artery chemoembolization in the treatment before surgery,chemotherapy with cisplatin plus bleomycin 45 mg 70mg-m-2,the fresh Gelfoam particles of 1 mm diameter as embolic agent.In the surgery of uterine artery catheterization after the 2/3 dose of bilateral uterine artery perfusion in 1/3 after another,the dosage and the fresh Gelfoam particles and contrast agent mixed embolization,before treatment,seventh days,fourteenth days,twenty-first days and twenty-eighth cervical fresh tissue piece,and then fixed paraffin.(3)Immunohistochemical results: The sections were stained and the appearance of the sections was observed.The results showed that the cytoplasm contained a large amount of yellow particles in the slice field,which indicated that the staining results were positive,and we divided them into 4 according to the color of the yellow particles Level:(1)0 case does not exist any color of the yellow particles(2)1 case of yellow particles showed pale yellow,(3)2 case of yellow particles showed yellow,(4)grade 3 cases of yellow particles showed brown,while the corresponding score of 0,1,2,3 points,the value of the statistics,help us to further understand the results of immunohistochemistry;the percentage of positive cells were divided: 0 to 25% is 1,the 26 to 50% is 2,greater than 50% is 3,the corresponding assignment 1,2,3.The score is the final score.(4)statistical analysis: data were analyzed by SPSS10.0 statistical software,analysisthe effect of interventional therapy using the x2 test method,the unit rate(%),to analyze the expression of cysteine protease by t test method,unit(take),P < 0.05 difference was statistically significant.Results: compared with the effect of interventional therapy,16 cases of IB2 patients with complete remission in 2(12.50),partial remission in 14(87.50),no change in 0,the remission rate was 100;12 cases of 0 A patients in complete remission,partial remission in 10(83.33),no change in 1(8.41),the remission rate was 83.33;22 cases of B patients with complete remission in 0,partial remission in 13(59.09),no change in 9(40.90),the remission rate of 59.09;a total of 50 cases of patients with complete remission in 2(14),partial remission in 37(74),no change in 10(20),the remission rate of 78.Changes of Caspas-3 expression before and after interventional therapy,16 cases of IB2 patients was and 7 days after operation;the expression of Caspas-3 before and after interventional therapy,compared with preoperative P<0.05 and postoperative 7 days compared with P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Changes of Caspas-9 expression before and after interventional therapy,16 cases of IB2 patients before 7 days after operation;the expression of Caspas-9 before and after interventional therapy compared with preoperative P<0.05,and after 7 days of P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion: There were significant differences in the expression of Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 in cervical cancer before and after interventional therapy(P<0.05).Arterial interventional therapy can reduce patients with lesion volume,enhance the expression of cancer tissues of patients with Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 in the artery after the intervention,indicates that(1)the cysteine protease(Caspase)play a role in predicting tumor tissue sensitivity to the interventional treatment;(2)the intervention could promote the development of cancer cell apoptosis and inhibition of cancer cells;(3)14-21 days after interventional therapy for further treatment.
