The Expression And Significance On Nf-κb , C-iap2 , Caspase-3 In Cervical Cancer

Objective :To study the expression and significance of nuclear transcription factor-кB (NF-кB)p65, apoptosis inhibitory protein-2 ( c-IAP2 ) , Caspase-3(Caspase-3)in cervical carcinoma .Methods :NF-кBp65, c-IAP2 and Caspase-3 expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry in 44 cervical cancers, 50 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and 30 normal cervical tissues.Results :The positive expression rate of NF-кBp65,c-IAP2 in cervical cancer and CIN were higher than in normal cervical tissue(P<0.05),while Caspase-3 was lower(P<0.05),the expression of three indicators in mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CINâ… )and normal cervical tissue was no difference(P>0.05),the expression rate of NF-кBp65,c-IAP2 were higher in severe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CINâ…¡å'ŒCINâ…¢)than in normal tissue(P<0.05),while Caspase-3was lower (P<0.05);the expression of NF-кBp65,c-IAP2 and Caspase-3 in different clinical stages of cervical cancer was no difference(P>0.05), the expression rate of NF-кBp65,c-IAP2 were higher in poorly differentiated cervical carcinoma and lymph node metastasis than in well organized and without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), while Caspase-3 was lower (P<0.05); the expression rate of NF-кBp65 and c-IAP2 in cervical cancer was positively correlated, both of the two indicators were negatively correlated with Caspase-3.Conclusion :The high expression rates of NF-кBp65 and c-IAP2 ,while the low of Caspase-3 may be related to the development of cervical cancer.
