Research Background: The incidence of gastric cancer in many parts of the world is very high.In China, gastric cancer is still one of the common gastrointestinal cancer, the average annual new cases about 40 million cases, accounting for 42% of the total number of cases [1].According to the Global Cancer for Research on Cancer website published in the global cancer incidence and mortality results,in 2002,male age-adjusted incidence of gastric cancer was 22.0 / 10 million population, women 10.4 / 10 Million deaths;male gastric cancer mortality rate of 16.3 / 10 million population, female stomach cancer mortality rate of 7.9 / 10 million population. In the common male cancer, gastric cancer ranked third, second only to lung cancer and prostate cancer, the mortality rate after lung cancer;gastric cancer is a common female tumor in the first five, the mortality rate is also ranked No.4 [2].According to the incidence of morbidity and mortality in China in 2015,gastric cancer has climbed to No.2 in the incidence of malignancy in the country, only after lung cancer. In the incidence of female gastrointestinal malignancy rose to No.4.And now the main treatment of gastric cancer surgery and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and then most patients diagnosed with gastric cancer in the late stage of gastric cancer, loss of surgical opportunities, palliative radiotherapy and chemotherapy is not ideal. So the current treatment of these methods can not completely relieve the patient's pain, more can not reach the goal of curing the disease [3].In recent years, there has been a hot topic in the field of research-using cell autophagy to treat malignant tumors.Autophagy-related proteins Beclin1 and LC3are two kinds of autophagocyanates present in mammals, which play a role in inhibiting tumor development in autophagy. So to further explore the molecular biological characteristics of gastric cancer, found a new tumor molecular markers, and its clinical and pathological factors of gastric cancer, clear autophagy in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer may play a role in the clinical relief of gastric cancer patients Played an important role.Autophagy: Cell autophagy refers to the process by which cells are metabolized by their own lysosomal decomposition of proteins, ribosomes, macromolecules and damaged organelles under the stimulation of various adverse factors and re-use Of the substance again to maintain the stability of the cell environment. At present, the relationship between autophagy and the development of gastric cancer is unclear.Whether the interaction of autophagy gene Beclin1 and LC3 together promote the development of gastric cancer is an important problem in recent years. It is very important for diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer, guiding treatment and prognosis of treatment.Research purposes: To investigate the expression of Beclin1 and LC3 in gastric cancer, adjacent tissues and normal gastric tissues of the same patient. The expression of Beclin1 and LC3 was correlated with the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer, including age, sex, tumor location, staging, differentiation,The number of lymph node metastases,so as to know that autophagy will not affect the occurrence or development of gastric cancer.Research methods: The expression of Beclin1 and LC3 in 60 cases of gastric cancer, gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric tissues were observed by immunohistochemistry. The expression of Beclin1 and LC3 was analyzed by spearman test. There was no correlation between the expression of Beclin1 and LC3.?2 and Fisher test analysis of the expression of Beclin1,LC3 and gastric cancer patients with clinicalpathological parameters.Research result: 1.The positive expression rates of Beclin1 in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues and normal tissues were 28.3%(17/60),47.7%(28/60)and 61.7%(37/60)respectively.LC3 was expressed in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues The positive expression rates of Beclin1 and LC3 in gastric carcinoma and adjacent tissues were significantly lower than those in normal tissues(31.7%,19.3%,53.3%(32/60)and 68.3% Tissue(p <0.05).2.There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of Beclin1 and LC3 in gastric carcinoma(? = 0.445,p <0.05).3.The expression of Beclin1 and LC3 was not significantly correlated with the age,sex and tumor location of gastric cancer patients(p> 0.05).Conclusion: The expression of Beclin1 and LC3 was significantly decreased in the gastric cancer tissues. The negative expression of Beclin1 and LC3 was positively correlated with the clinical stage of gastric cancer and the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
