Clinical Study Of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Injection In Treatment Of Gastric Cancer

Objective: To explore the advanced gastric cancer patients with intraoperative peritoneal spraying pseudomonas aeruginosa injection on patients with postoperative immunity,and evaluate its safety and adverse reactions.Methods: 61 cases of gastric cancer patients,who have diagnosed as gastric cancer clealy and all accept surgical treatment from January 2014 to January 2016 in the second hospital of Lanzhou university,assessed as the T3,T4 advanced gastric cancer were selected.Divided into the experimental group(pseudomonas aeruginosa injection)and control group.Experimental group: 31 cases,accept D2 radical gastrectomy,spraying pseudomonas aeruginosa injection about 10 ml before closeing abdominal peritoneam;Control group: 30 cases,accept D2 radical gastrectomy without the pseudomonas aeruginosa in injection.Two groups have the same treatment afte operation.Check the immunological indexes,blood routine and liver and kidney function of two groups,and compare the postoperative indicators of two groups.Compared two groups of tumor marker levels after 1 month.Record the total abdominal drainage fluid of two group within 7 days after operation.Collect the postoperative anal aeration time of two groups.Observed adverse reactions within 7 days of postoperation.Results: Experimental group The mmunological indexes of experimental group after 7 days compared with preoperative indexes shows: the count of CD3,CD4 cell increased,the count of CD8 cell reduced,it has statistical significance(P?0.05);To compared with control group,the count of CD3,CD4 and NK cell all rise,CD8 cell counts reduce,all have statistical significance(P?0.05),including CD4 cell count increased obviously,it has obvious statistical significance(P?0.01).Two groups of postoperative blood routine and liver and kidney function to compare,it has no statistical difference in seventh day after operation(P>0.05).To compared two groups of tumor marker levels after operation 1 month,which has no statistical difference(P>0.05).The total abdominal drainage fluid of experimental group within 7 days after operation is lower than the control group,it has statistical significance(P?0.05).Comparation of two groups of patients postoperative anal aeration time which has no statistical difference(P > 0.05).No obvious adverse reaction occurred in experimental group in 7 days after operation,and it has better security.Conclusions: Spraying pseudomonas aeruginosa injection in enterocoelia of advanced gastric cancer patients in operation,which can relieve or ease the patients' state of immune suppression,improve their immunity,promote recovery of illness,at the same time,less adverse reaction,and better security.
