Objective:Study the therapeutic efficacy of reducing the postoperative drainage of breast cancer by local application of pseudomonas aeruginosa preparation and mannitol injectio. Methods:The patients are 87 females that diagnosed with primary breast cancer patient with unilateral modified radical mastectomy between December,2016 and February,2018.All of the patients came from No1 Galactophore Department of Third Affiliated hospital Of Kunming Medical University. The patients were divided into three groups randomly, each group contains 29 patients. In control group,we sprayed 10 ml normal saline on surgical area(raw surface:6ml,axilla:4ml)after unilateral modified radical mastectomy and washing the wound..In group 1(mannatide),we sprayed 10 ml normal saline with 10 mg mannatide on surgical area(raw surface:6ml,axilla:4ml)after unilateral modified radical mastectomy and washing the wound. In group 2(PAP),we sprayed 5 ml PAP on surgical area(raw surface:6ml,axilla:4ml)and then dilution with normal saline after unilateral modified radical mastectomy and ? washing the wound.Thereafter,we recorded the postoperative drainage, the incidence of subcutaneous effusion afer operation,Hospitalization expenses, and adverse reactions after surgery of each group. Results:In the patients with the improved radical operation of lymph node negative, the mean drainage rate of the manna group was 312.43 ± 8.79ml,significantly different from that in the control group of 450.33 ± 17.39ml(P<0.05).Pseudomonas aeruginosa patients average hospitalization days was 6.94 ± 1.89 days, after an average of 305.29 ± 16.97 ml,average hospitalization days and the control group patients was 8.36 ± 1.79 days, after an average of 450.33 ± 17.39 ml,in contrast, there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with lymph node negative breast cancer,a one-time local spray of pseudomonas aeromonas injection or mannitol injection was effective in reducing postoperative drainage.
