Clinical Application Of Percutaneous Double Screw Fixation In The Treatment Of Subtalar Arthritis

Objective : By observing the percutaneous dual screw crossed fixation and bone graft fusion and clinical empirical formula-generating bone oral solution in treatment of Subtalar arthritis,explore the clinical application and provide reliable clinical evidence for treatment of subtalar arthritis.Methods : Randomized controlled research method are adopted in this study.Patients are divided into groups by random grouping criteria,by percutaneous dual screw crossed fixation group as treatment group,the group with bone graft fusion adopted “conservative posterior-lateral “L” incision” as control group,and conservative treatment as TCM group.Record and analyze X-ray films before and after treatment in observing group,control group,and TCM group,respectively.Record and analyze the healing time in observing group,control group simultaneously with the observation on surgery time,amount of bleeding during operation,postoperative complications.At the last follow-up visit(24th week)the angle joint functions are evaluated in three groups by AOFAS ankle-metapodium grading criteria;summarize the clinical data,set up database,and make conclusion by statistical analysis by SPSS18.0 software.Results :1,There is significant difference in term of clinical healing time for three groups of patients(P<0.05);2,Comparison in term of average operation time,amount of bleeding duringoperation,and postoperative complications shows the significant difference through statistical analysis(P<0.05).3,The last time follow-up visit on ankle joint function reveals qualified ratio of functional recovery of ankle joint is 89.47%,and control group 75.01%,TCM group 57.14%.By statistical analysis on the qualified ratio of functional recovery of ankle joint in three groups,the results showed significant difference(P<0.05),especially qualified ratio of the treatment group is higher than that of control group and TCM group.Conclusion :1,The qualified ratio of functional recovery of ankle joints in treatment group is higher than that of control group and TCM group,percutaneous dual screw crossed fixation is superior to other two groups in ankle joints function rehabilitation for patients.2,Percutaneous dual screw crossed fixation has a certain superiority in the treatment of Subtalar arthritis.
