Study On The Relationship Between Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Cerebral Infarction And TCM Constitution In Patients With Type 100 Cases

Objective: to analyze the physical type and clinical examination in 100 cases of the patients,the patients susceptible to the constitution,the differences between the various physical and clinical index for the prevention of such diseases,provide more scientific basis to improve the prognosis of this disease.Methods: collect and record from 2016.06-2017.01 in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Endocrinology and Department of encephalopathy inpatient treatment in patients with general information and clinical examination information,help patients to complete or complete the "Chinese constitution classification in the form of a question and a decision table >,the main body.By SPSS17.0 analysis,the correlation between the disease and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: 100 cases of patients with physical amount from more to less as follows: Qi deficiency in 24 cases(24%),20(20%)cases of yin deficiency,phlegm dampness in 18 cases(18%),Yang deficiency of 14 cases(14%),and 11 cases(11%),quality of 8 cases of damp heat(8%)in 3 cases,blood stasis(3%),2 cases of Qi Stagnation(2%),the intrinsic quality of 0 cases(0%).Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm,Yang deficiency compared four kinds of physical age,from small to Yang deficiency,phlegm,Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,there was no difference in each group between(P >0.05).The age of onset from small to phlegm,yin deficiency Quality,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness group and Qi deficiency group,deficiency of different quality group(P <0.05).The body mass index from low to high for yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness,phlegm group and Qi deficiency group,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency the difference between the group(P <0.05).Fasting blood glucose from high to low for phlegm,Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,there is no difference between the groups(P >0.05).Triglyceride from high to low is Yang deficiency,phlegm and dampness,Qi deficiency,yin deficiency.And Qi deficiency and yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and phlegm dampness group,Yang deficiency group and yin deficiency group,yin deficiency group and phlegm dampness group were significantly different(P <0.05),compared with the other groups had no significant difference(P >0.05).Total cholesterol from low to high for yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness,phlegm group and yin deficiency group had significant difference(P <0.05)abnormal blood pressure.Rate from high to low is Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and yin deficiency,phlegm dampness,there is no difference between the groups(P >0.05).The abnormal rate of ECG from high to low is Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and phlegm dampness,there is no difference between the groups(P >0.05).The abnormal rate of urine routine from high to low for phlegm,Yang Deficiency Quality,Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,there was no difference between the groups(P >0.05).Conclusion: the most common disease constitution is Qi deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm dampness,phlegm dampness Yang deficiency.The disease earlier,physique index is the highest.There is little difference between the four kinds of constitutions in fasting blood glucose,but the phlegm dampness quality is relatively high,and the quality of Yang deficiency is more likely to increase the level of triglyceride,and the phlegm dampness is more likely to increase the cholesterol,but the Yin deficiency constitution is not easy to increase blood lipids.
