Effect Of Zhigancao Decoction On Inflammation In Patients With Hyperlipidemia Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome And With Hyperlipidemia Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome And Intervention Mechanism

Objective: Through to the disorder of lipid metabolism and micro inflammatory state related literature review,clinical detection of blood lipid and inflammatory factor related indicators,the use of modern statistical methods to process,elaborated the hyperlipidemia and micro inflammatory state correlation,improve effect of Zhigancao Decoction on hyperlipidemia and micro inflammatory state,and reveals the the clinical mechanism,so as to provide scientific basis to improve the Zhigancao Decoction.Methods: The randomized design of control group and observation group,each group of 30 people,the control group was given routine treatment,the observation group based on routine treatment given Zhigancao Decoction and oral intervention under the same conditions,fasting venous blood,serum total cholesterol(TC),patients with triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)level.Results: Two groups of patients before treatment TC,TG,LDL and IL-6,CRP levels increased significantly,suggesting that the two groups of patients have lipid metabolism disorders and microinflammation;compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group after treatment,serum TC(P < 0.05),TG(P < 0.05),LDL(P < 0.05)the level of HDL decreased significantly(P < 0.05)had significantly higher levels of IL-6(P < 0.05),CRP(P < 0.05)levels decreased significantly.
