Study On The Situation Analysis And Comprehensive Evaluation Of Surgical Disease Management In A Tertiary Hospital

ObjectiveTo analyze the current situation of disease management in tertiary hospital comprehensively and objectively,to evaluate the disease performance in recent three years,to find the problems of disease management and review the practical experience,to provide the basis for the hospital management and decision-making departments a more comprehensive and meticulous management of disease.MethodsWe understood the current status of domestic and international disease management research through literature retrieval and analysis and focused on the health care reform.The data of 10 patients with surgical diseases from 2014 to 2016 were collected by using the medical information platform.The performance of sample hospitals were analyzed by using weighted composite index method.ResultsThe distribution of disease status: for the past three years of operations,there were more female patient with cataract and intraocular lens implantation and knee arthroplasty than male,patients with other diseases are more men than women,the age distribution ranges from 50 to 70 years old,but the general pathogenic condition takes a great proportion.Give priority to pay their own costs,more difficult critically ill patients,and most patients recovered well.The performance analysis of disease: for the past three years of operations,disease treated amount has risen steadily,all the treatment expenses,medicine expenses,and health Consumables expenses decreased year by year,the average hospitalization days and preoperative waiting time are shortened.The performance comprehensive evaluation of disease: from 2014 to 2016,performance comprehensive index is rising year by year,respectively were 12.07,12.11 and 12.32.Specific analysis,although the work intensity index is rising year by year,but the medical expenses index and efficiency index volatility.ConclusionsThis research through the analysis of distribution and comprehensive performance of major surgery diseases in the Tertiary Hospital in the last three years,then summarize the effect and put forward the recommendations to enhance disease management are as follows:1.Reasonable control medical costs,reduce expenditure;To speed up the bed turnover,improve resource utilization;Focus on diagnosis and treatment effect,strengthen the quality connotation;Optimize the structure of diseases,improve the diagnosis and treatment level.2.Diseases of classified management,and promote the sustainable development of hospital disease and optimization;Explore the disease into the clinical pathway management,actively promote DRGs applied to hospital management,solve the problem of standardization;Promoting multiple disciplinary team model,build a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment surroundings.3.Defined the direction of disease development,optimize the structure of diseases,highlight the specialized subject advantages and promote the construction of disciplines and the specialist,strengthening discipline construction;To strengthen the construction of informatization,supported by precision of big data,in-depth excavation and summing rules,improve the efficiency of management;To establish the quality evaluation and performance distribution mechanism,perfect management method.
