Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and lung and large intestine exterior-interior,the clinical experiment aims to explore big bearing gas soup on patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Method: Through randomized, controlled methods,80 patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was treated with conventional treatment and the dachengqi decoction enema; The control group had regular treatment and warm water.Recording in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE-?),before and after treatment 3 d,5 d,7 d of oxygenation index(oxygenation index,OI),blood vessels outside the lung water index(extra vascular lung water index,ELWI),pulmonary vascular permeability index(pulmonary vascular permeability index,PVPI).Using SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis of the collected data, the measurement data was tested by t test, the measurement data was tested by X2 test, and the P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Result: The treatment group ELWI and PVPI showed a gradual decline after treatment(P < 0.05).The control group,ELWI showed a decrease in the first three days, five days, and seven days before and after treatment and peaked in the third day.The control PVPI was reduced in 3 days,5 days,7 days after treatment, with a statistical significance(P < 0.05),but the decrease was less than the treatment group. In both groups, the oxygenation index showed a gradual increase in the treatment, and the treatment group increased more than the control group.Statistical analysis found that the data changes were statistically significant(P < 0.05)in the third, fifth, and seventh days.Oxygenation index of two groups of patients, the APACHE-? score before and after treatment in all have varying degrees of decline, and the decline of treatment group decreased more than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Dachengqi can improve the patient's oxygenation index,ELWI,PVPI and APACHE-? score and reduce the capillary permeability of ARDS patients, improve the patients with pulmonary edema, which is worthy of clinical promotion, however its clinical mechanism still needs further discussion.
