Clinical Theoretical Study And Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Social Phobia Belong To Deficiency Of Gallbladder With Zhuyongdan Prescription

Objective: Investigate Zhuyongdan Prescription in the treatment of Social Phobia theory and observation of Social Phobia belongs to gallbladder deficiency treated by Zhuyongdan Prescription with paroxetine in the treatment of social phobia,anxiety and depression,clinical symptoms changes,the evaluation of Zhuyongdan Prescription treatment Social Phobia is feasible and effective.Methods: The research was a randomized controlled trial,in which 66 patiens met the inclusion criteria of the 66 patiens,33 were treated by Zhuyongdan decoction;33 were treated by paroxetine.The data was collected using the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Social anxiety scale(LSAS),the TCM Syndrome Integral Scale,assessed the scores in the beginning of the study,after 4 weeks treatment and after 8 weeks treatment respectively,and observed both of treatments’ clinical effect.Results: 1.In the treatment of 2 weeks,the 2 groups Social anxiety scale(LSAS)have improved,but the improvement in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).2.After 8 weeks treatment,according to the Social anxiety scale(LSAS)effect comparison,the treatment group total effective rate 93.3%,the control group total effective rate 83.33%,the treatment group improved the dizziness symptom curative effect is obviously superior to thecontrol group(P<0.01)3.According to the TCM Syndrome Integral Scale,the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.3%,and the control group was 66.67%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group to improve the clinical symptoms of TCM(P<0.01).Conclusion: Clinical study results show that Zhuyongdan Prescription Prescription in improving belongs to gallbladder deficiency in patients with social phobia and the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine has remarkable curative effect.
