| Objective:To collect prescriptions to treat phobia in ancient and modern literature,to analyze,summarize compatibility features and medication of the disease,to discuss the basic understanding of ancient and modern medicine on the disease from different perspectives,for the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to provide more data and theory,expanding the clinical ideas of diagnosis and treatment.Methods:study of literature used in conjunction with data mining techniques,the use of IBM SPSS Statistics and IBM SPSS Modeler 22.0 14.1 software used in pharmacology to act,to adopt methods,syndromes in formulaology,count and assay its frequency,couplet medicines,groups,nature and flavor,Meridian,compatibility.Results:1.Filtering out 727 prescriptions similar to the phobia in ancient literature,involving 356 ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine,total frequency with 7341,the number of the drug with the average prescription is10.09,with an average of 20.62 for every drug.Filtering out 247 prescriptions similar to the phobia in modern literature,involved 205 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,total frequency with 2504,the number of the drug with the average prescription is 10.13,with an average of 12.21 for every drug.The drug category in treating this disease,followed by for tonifying medicinal(31.28%),and tranquilizers(13.30%),and heat clearing drugs(8.88%),and damp-draining diuretic(8.30%),and medicine for dissipating phlegm and relieving cough andasthma(6.08%),and diaphoretic(5.82%)in ancient literature.The drug category in treating this disease,followed by for tonifying medicinal(27.4%),and tranquilizers(15.68%),and heat clearing drugs(10.04%),and damp-draining diuretic(7.6%),and diaphoretic(7.2%),qi-regulating medicinal(6.2%),medicine for dissipating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma(6.16%),drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(6.04%)in modern literature.Ancient and modern medicine are commonly used medications for tonic pills and tranquilizer,supplemented by diaphoretic,medicine for dissipating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,antipyretic,damp-draining diuretic and qi-regulating medicinal and so on.2.Treating this disease in the ancient literature,tonifying Medicinal are to qi tonics and haematic tonic mainly,tranquilizer are to heart-nourishing tranquilizer mainly,heat clearing drugs are to heat-clearing and drying drug,heat-clearing and blood-cooling drugs mainly,Phlegm-Cold-Resolving share maximum in the expectorant antitussive antiasthmetics,differently,in diaphoretic,the ancient prescription value Wind-Cold-Dispersing medicine,the modern prescription value Wind-heat-dispersing medicine.3.For treatment of this disease,essential medicines are ginseng,poria,radix polygalae,Angelica,fushen,ophiopogon root,prepared liquorice root,and cinnabar,semen ziziphi spinosae.Core couplet medicines mainly for ginseng and poria,radix polygalae and ginseng,ginseng and ophiopogon root,fushen and ginseng,etc.Core drug Group(three)for ginseng,poria,radix polygalae and ginseng,fushen,radix polygalae and ginseng,ophiopogon root,radix polygalae in ancient literature.4.Core drugs in the treatment of phobia as Tuckahoe,semen ziziphi spinosae and the polygala tenuifolia,licorice,white peony root,Angelica,rhizoma pinelliae,bupleurum root,prepared liquorice root,keel;Core couplet medicines mainly for radix polygalae,semen ziziphi spinosae and radix polygalae,tuckahoe and tuckahoe,semen ziziphi spinosae and keel,oysters,etc.Core drug Group(three)for polygala,semen ziziphi spinosae,poria and banxia,citrus aurantium,poria and banxia,chenpi,poria in modern literature.5.In the treatment of this disease common core drug used mainly for Poria cocos,radix polygalae,Angelica,wild jujube seed,common core couplet medicines of polygala tenuifolia,poria and polygala tenuifolia,fushen and so on on ancient and modern medicine.6.In the treatment of phobia prescription drugs,most drug were warm,cold,flat,most herbs were sweet,bitter,pungent.Heart,liver,spleen,lungs are most common inmeridian tropismto in the ancient and modern prescription.Differently,modern doctors reuse drugs into the liver and gall bladder.Conclusion:1.Vital qi deficiency,lack of preservation of spirit are the main pathological mechanism.The ancient physicians focus on pathogenesis of YANG deficiency,focus on drugs application of warming Interior and dispeling cold;modern medicine focused on stagnation of qi,phlegm,attach importance to the liver governing conveyance and bile governing decisions of the physiological functions,focus on drugs application of relieving qi stagnancy in liver,eliminating dampness and eliminating phlegm.The etiology and pathogenesis of phobias which are summarized as: qi and blood deficiency,lack of preservation of spirit are the root of the disease,heat disturbing heart-mind,phlegm attacking internally,liver stagnation are the symptoms of the disease.2.Type of heart yin dericiency,type of depletion of qi and blood,type of heart-gallbladder vacuity timidity,type of liver and kidney yin deficiency,type of blinded judgment exists widely.Treatment for phobia can be summarized as:the method of tranquilizing and sedating the mind,the method of replenishing qi and blood,the method of soothing the liver and gallbladder,the method of resolving phlegm and inducing resuscitation method,the method of nourishing the liver and kidney.3.The compatibility features of the phobia which are summarized as:formulae for tonifying both qi and blood,strengthening and restoring;tranquilizing and sedating the mind,nourishing with clearing heat;treatingphobia from phlegm,eliminating phlegm and resolving turbidity;treating phobia from liver and gall,regulating qi activity;therapy combined cooling and warming,regulating Yin and Yang. |
