Analysis Of The Clinical Characteristics And Pathogenesis Of 408 Encephalopathy Outpatients Combined With Hypertension

Objective:Analysis the clinical data of 408 cases of encephalopathy department outpatient service of high blood pressure,observe the common risk factors,clinical symptoms,disease and syndrome and syndrome factor distribution,explore encephalopathy department outpatient etiology and pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of high blood pressure,as to provide theoretical basis for preventing hypertension prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy.Methods:Through collecting clinical encephalopathy outpatient information about patients with high blood pressure,using statistics method,analysis of clinical data,in-depth discussion encephalopathy department outpatient etiology and pathogenesis and clinical features of hypertension.Results:The morbidity of hypertension is high in middle-aged and elderly patients at encephalopathy outpatient service.Aging is a dependent risk factor.The common risk factors are as follows: menopause,overweight,obesity,snoring,smoking,drinking,dyslipidemia,lack of exercise,and so on.Comorbidity mainly include cerebral infarction,insomnia,coronary heart disease(CHD),carotid atherosclerosis,depression,anxiety disorder,chronic brain,(wai)menopause syndrome,cognitive dysfunction,hemorrhage.clinical manifestation and complex diverse,in the head and unwell,poor sleep,obsessed with the body officer disadvantage is given priority to,often accompanied by poor memory loss,energy,irritable mood.Often witness syndrome of phlegm heat and blood stasis syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome,blood stasis heat,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,phlegm heat syndrome,hot and humid qi deficiency syndrome,blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,blood stasis hot card found in male,Yin deficiency syndrome in women.Thin tongue with dark red tongue,yellow greasy moss,pulse condition is given priority to with string of arteries and veins.Conclusion: Encephalopathy department outpatient hypertension heart,about five zang-organs,the basic pathogenesis of who are engaged is disorders with Ying and Wei as well as blood disorders,reposing disease,pathologic factors is given priority to with heat,phlegm,blood stasis,deficiency.A body sick for its clinical characteristics,reposing disease for its clinical nature.
