Encephalopathy Out-patient Hypertension Depressive Disorder Disease’s Clinical Analysis And The Study Of Pathogenesis

Objective:Analysis of the clinical data of 70 cases of hypertensive comorbid depressi on disorder, observe the common syndromes, and to discuss the pathogenesis characteristic s.Me-thods: The collection of clinical data of 3 groups, namely non depression group, hyp ertension, depression and non hypertension group and hypertension the comorbidity of dep ressive disorder group, the use of statistical methods, the analysis of difference between the3 groups of clinical data, in-depth study of hypertension pathogenesis of comorbid depress ion disorder. Results: Age, smoking, menopause, snoring is a risk factor for hypertension t he comorbidity of depressive disorders, negative life events is to promote the important ind ucement of the disease. Comorbid group single to emotional symptoms accounted for 28.99%, single by somatic symptoms accounted for 44.93%, two are both accounted for 26.08%. Common disease common group of tongue and pulse is dark red tongue, thin Huang Nit ai, thin string deep pulse chord slippery pulse. Comorbid group of syndrome distribution to yin deficiency card accounts for the largest percentage(43.5%), followed by phlegm heat blood stasis syndrome(18.8%), phlegm heat syndrome(14.5%),(5.6%), Qi deficiency blo od stasis heat syndrome of stagnated heat syndrome(8.7%),(4.3%). Conclusion:Hyperten sion comorbid depression disorder disease in the heart, pathological factors for hot phlegm,stasis, deficiency, hot, as its main pathological factors of arrhythmia, heart blood is the pat hogenic basis of comorbidity.
