Analysis The Clinical Effect Of The Three-Dimensional Reverse Location And Guiding Apparatus For The PFNA Implantation

Objective:Analysis the clinical effect between self-created three-dimensional reverse location and guiding apparatus for the PFNA implantation or using conventional approach PFNA in the treatment of Intertrochanteric Femoral FractureMethod: Choosed from the Linyi people hospital of Shandong during June 2013 to Janury 2016 altogether 40 examples which were used the self-created three-dimensional reverse location and guiding apparatus for the PFNA implantation or used conventional AO approach PFNA.Observing and comparing some items of the two groups including(1)Operation time,(2)The number of the main guiding pin inserted in the operation,(3)The angle between the spiral blade and the axis of the femoral neck,(4)Fracture healing time(5)Joint function score after 3 months were comparative analyzed.Results:Two groups of patients were followed up from 8 to 26 months with an average of 12 months healing of fracture were compared between two groups without statistically significant differences.The operative time were(68.20 ± 4.06)h in the in self-created three-dimensional reverse location and guiding apparatus group and(68.55 ± 3.22)h using AO conventional approach group without significant differences,The number of the main guiding pin inserted in the operation and the angle between the spiral blade and the axis of the femoral neck have significant difference.Both of the rates of the joint function score after 3 months were up to 86%,there is no statistically significant differencesConclusion:Self-created three-dimensional reverse location and guiding apparatus for the PFNA implantation or using conventional approach PFNA clinical curative effect is roughly the same.However,Self-created three-dimensional reverse location and guiding apparatus has many advantages of accurate positioning,simple operation,reducing X-ray exposure during operation.Thus it is worth using in clinical promoting.
