Objective: The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of PNS on bleomycin-induced interstitial pneumoniain mice.From the pathological observation,oxidative stress,cytokines,inflammatory reaction,fibrinolytic system and other aspects of systematic observation,so as to discuss the mechanism of panax notoginseng saponins of interstitial pneumonia in mice.Methods: A total of 120 healthy male KM mice with SPF level were selected.After 2 days of adaptive feeding,the rats were randomly divided into 8 groups: the Panax notoginseng saponins group(A),the control group(B),low molecular weight heparin sodium group(G),urokinase group(H),rPA group(I),pirfenidone group(J),pulmonary fibrosis model group(K)and blank group(L).The model of pulmonary fibrosis was established by intratracheal instillation of bleomycin.After the model has been established,the mice were treated with intraperitoneal injection,subcutaneous injection and intragastric administration.Three mice were sacrificed in each group on the 21 st day.Pathological changes of the lungs were observed by Masson staining.The remaining mice were sacrificed at 28 days.The expressions of GSH,MDA,NF-?b P65,TGF-?1,IL-6,VEGF and PAI-1 in lung tissue were detected by the ELISA method and the Real Time PCR.At the same time,the pathological changes of the lungs were observed by Masson staining as well.Results and conclusion:After treatment,the indicators of detection of lung tissue of each group mice compared with the model group have different degrees of impact.The indicators of PNS group and combination therapy group,pirfenidone treatment group are better.The results indicated that PNS have a certain therapeutic effect on the interstitial pneumoniain mice.The mechanism may be related to help maintain the balance of oxidation / reduction,control the inflammatory response and improve the pulmonary blood flow in mice.
