Based On The Shaoyang Piort For Bile Reflux Gastritis Clinical Intervention Study

Objective:Based on the Shaoyang piort from applying Shengjiang Hewei Decotion to observe the clinical curative effect of treatment of bile reflux gastritis,his own safty and curative effect of treatment of this disease,explore its mechanism and evaluate the feasibility of piort theory,s application in treatment of BRG.Methods:1.Theoretical research:Combination of ancient and modern literature information about bile reflux gastritis,based on the Shaoyang piort,from the physiological characteristics and pathological aspects of Shaoyang piort,demonstrates that Shaoyang is the piort of qi activity and hub.Both of the flow,the function of the harmonic Yin and Yang are coordinated together the human,s function of qi activity,closely associated with the operation of the qi activity.Shaoyang pivot adverse is the main pathogenesis of BRG.2.The clinical research:Collect 60 patients of BRG and divide them into therapy group and control group 30 cases each in accordance with the principle of random.Choose bile stomach kang capsule for controlled drugs,the therapy group take Shengjiang Hewei Decotion.A course of 4 weeks,the two groups after 4 weeks,observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms,signs,mucosa under gastroscope status and changes of bile reflux,score and record,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:Therapy group curative effect is superior to the control group both in clinical symptoms and signs and performance under gastroscope(P < 0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions:Based on the Shaoyang piort from applying Shengjiang Hewei Decotion of BRG patients verifies that in clinical symptoms,signs,TCM syndrome integral,and performance under gastroscope,etc,all have markedly improved,this Decotion is effective in treatment of bile reflux gastritis.
