System Evaluation Of Treatment Of Bushen Prescription Of Essential Hypertension

Objective:A systematic and comprehensive understanding of kidney by four prescriptions(six taste glutinous rehmannia pill,Qijudihuang pills,Zhibaidihuang pill and Jinguishenqi pill)status in the implementation and effect of scientific research design,evaluation and other aspects and problems of clinical research in the treatment of primary hypertension,and the methodological quality assessment,and effective the safety of prescription drugs to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Bushen parties.Method:The clinical study of four prescriptions,1978 prescriptions for kidney computer retrieval 1~2011,published in June in primary hypertension.Database: clinical trials registry,WHO clinical trial registration platform,Cochrane library,Embase database,Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),China biomedical literature database(CBM),Chinese science and Technology Journal Full-text Database,Wanfang database,China outstanding doctoral dissertation database and the reference literature.At the same time,manual retrieval of relevant journals,magazines and other search methods as well as to find the gray literature.The design,statistical analysis and conclusions of the study were included in the randomized controlled trials and the results were analyzed.On the basis of this,the Rev Man5.1.0 software provided by the collaboration network was analyzed by Meta.Result:A total of 14 clinical studies were included in this study.Randomized controlled trials(12 articles),a total of 1163 cases(622/541).There is a large heterogeneity among the studies.Methodological quality assessment: a randomized method only 5 papers mentioned by random sampling method,sampling method of other 7 RCT were not mentioned,there is uncertainty selection bias risk;all studies did not mention concealment,high possibility of selection bias;all studies were not used blind method,has a high probability of implementation bias and measurement bias;integrity of the data,only 2studies mention dropout rate / rejection rate / exit rate,no literature mentioned by intention analysis,there is a possibility of loss bias;6 studies mention adverse reaction problems,there may be selective reporting of results the corresponding bias.The other two papers included in the literature were self controlled studies and case series reports.Profile Grade software was used for 12 randomized controlled studies,respectively,the methodology quality rating,the 12 papers were the evidence rating was low very".Meta analysis results:the main measurement index has three(the blood pressure value,the effective rate of blood pressure,the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine).2 Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group according to the results of the test group and the control group had no difference in blood pressure;and in the 10 western medicine combined with one by one analysis showed that there were 4 studies in two groups before and after the intervention of blood pressure had no statistical difference,and 6 more the results of the study show that traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group blood pressure the effect is better than that of control group.Corresponding to the four prescriptions were analysis,the combined effect of the amount of the results showed that the chemical antihypertensive drugs of systolic and diastolic blood pressure lower than that of the control group with single chemical group in conjunction with the Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill group;Qijudihuang pill combined with group systolic blood pressure lower than the control group,but no difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups;Jinkuishenqiwan group the systolic blood pressure of two groups has no difference,but the diastolic pressure is lower than the control group.Six taste glutinous rehmannia pill combined with Zhibaidihuang pill combined with chemical drugs group the antihypertensive effect is better than that of control group.In terms of the improvement of Chinese medicine syndrome,the combination of the four prescriptions is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Kidney by parties medicine in the treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension has certain efficacy and safety,but the conclusion of the research evidence is clearly inadequate,the standardized clinical research level is generally not high,to be large-scale clinical trials in multicenter,randomized,double-blind design rigorous,placebo-controlled further verification.
