Study On The Correlation Between Micro Expression Of Chronic Gastritis And Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation

Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the performance of different syndrome type of chronic gastritis, and to explore its relationship with macro differentiation of traditional Chinese Medicine.Method:Clinical datas were investigated and collected to dialect the TCM type with the patients with chronic gastritis. After the gastroscopy, we observed the the expression of gastric mucosa to judge whither those performances are according to the TCM type and to discuss whether there was a link.Result: Under the gastroscopic, the patients of the chronic gastritis were divided to five different syndromes, and the performances of those different syndromes were according with the based theories of TCM and the macro differentiation of traditional Chinese Medicine.Conclusion:The micro differentiation under the gastroscopic is according with the macro differentiation of TCM. When clinical symptoms, are not accurate for TCM syndrome differentiation typing, we can perform the gastroscopy to give them micro differentiation and treat.
