Study On Modern Clinical Application Of Ocupoint On The State-compiled Textbooks Based On The Treatment Of Hemorrhoids

Purpose: Through the system since finishing 1979 in acupuncture textbooks in attending planning unified hemorrhoids,acupoint contrast hemorrhoids and attending teaching in modern clinical application,and the similarities and differences of the textbooks and the analysis of the acupuncture acupoints than modern clinical literature treating hemorrhoids,and discusses the application of law and mechanism of treating hemorrhoids acupoints.Methods: Textbooks retrieval based on the Shandong University of TCM library,superstar digital library;literature retrieval textbooks respectively by attending hemorrhoids "acupoints name",or "hemorrhoids" and "acupuncture" or "acupuncture" or "moxibustion" as the subject or keyword,using computer to search before December 31,2016 included in the CNKI,VIP,WF of modern clinical journals in the literature,and the the screening arrangement.Result:A total of 15 acupuncture textbooks,acupoint indications of hemorrhoids 21,among them,Chengjin,Chengshan,Chengfu,Changqiang,Zhibian,Feiyang,Huiyang,Yaoshu and Erbai 9 points in all the textbooks;modern clinical application of corresponding acupuncture textbooks in attending hemorrhoids in the hemorrhoids as acupoint indications of the top 5 of the 13,only 4 points with hemorrhoids as indications of the highest frequency;modern clinical application of Chengshan is most widely,762 articles,the highest frequency of indications for lumbar disc herniation,for the treatment of hemorrhoids literature accounted for only 9.84%,Erbai for the treatment of hemorrhoids in the proportion of up to 77.89%;the retrieval of acupuncture in the treatment of hemorrhoids in modern literature 821,including clinical 511 literatures involving 43 acupoints.Conclusion:.1.The points of different kinds of acupuncture textbooks are not the same,but there are some differences between the acupoint and the clinical application in the acupuncture textbooks;2.There are a lot of similarities and differences between the acupuncture and moxibustion materials and modern clinical literature for the treatment of hemorrhoids.The acupoints included in the acupuncture textbooks are widely used in modern clinical treatment of hemorrhoids.
