| Purpose:By sorting out the modern literature of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of insomnia after apoplexy in the past ten years from 2009.01 to 2018.12,this paper analyzes the clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia after apoplexy,and summarizes and evaluates the selection of acupoints in clinical acupuncture treatment.Compatibility,meridians,special acupoints and various factors affecting the curative effect,this paper analyzes the law of acupoint selection of acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia after apoplexy in modern literature,in order to form a prescription group with good universality and better curative effect.It provides a valuable new idea for improving the curative effect in clinic.Material and method:Computer retrieval of domestic and foreign databases such as(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Service system(Sino Med)and Pub Med,(CNKI),Winfang data knowledge Service platform(Wan Fang Data),Wipp periodical Resource Integration Service platform(VIP),China knowledge Network Winfang data knowledge Service platform(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Service system(Sino Med)and Pub Med,etc.A total of 598 articles were searched for random controlled clinical studies on acupuncture treatment of insomnia after apoplexy from 2009.01 to 2018.12.35 articles meeting the standard were screened out through secondary screening,and the year of publication and the source of the literature were analyzed.Intervention measures,clinical effective cases and other information collated and extracted The quality evaluation and description were carried out by Meta analysis,and the information of prescription acupoint selection,compatibility,meridians,specific acupoints and various factors affecting the curative effect in the literature were statistically analyzed and studied.The data were analyzed and described by SPSS software,and the acupoint selection law of acupuncture treatment of insomnia after apoplexy in modern literature was analyzed.Results:1.In 35 RCT studies,the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and there was no obvious publication bias.The reliability of the research literature was high,and the results were statistically significant.2.35 cases of insomnia after apoplexy were collected,of which 1366 cases were in the treatment group,1279 cases were effective,the effective rate was 93.70%,the effective rate was 93.70%.3.A total of 82 acupoints were counted,and the total frequency of use was 38.1%.Among them,there were 76 acupoints in 14 meridians,accounting for 92.68% of all acupoints,and the frequency of application was 33.8,accounting for 88.71% of the total frequency.There were 7 meridian acupoints,the total frequency of use was 43 times,accounting for 11.29% of the total frequency of application.4.The acupuncture prescription for the treatment of insomnia after apoplexy involves all 14 meridians,and the frequency of "Shenmen" is the highest,accounting for 6.03% of the total frequency of acupoints selected."Baihui","four Shencong","Shenting","three Yin Jiao","Neiguan" followed by "Neiguan";5.From the selected meridians,it mainly focused on du Mai and foot Sun bladder meridian acupoints: 11 du Mai acupoints were used,the total frequency of use was 66 times,the total frequency of use was 44 times,and the total frequency of use was 44 times.6.From the point of point classification,there were 44 specific points,among which 19 were the five channels,the total frequency of use was 108 times,the first place,and the original point was 11;the external odd point was the head and neck,in which the frequency of the "Sishen Cong" used was the highest,17 times;7.According to the distribution site,the head and neck acupoints were used 22 times,the total frequency of use was 122,accounting for 52.02% of the total frequency of acupoint use.The frequency of upper limb and lower limb acupoints was 16 and 24 times,the total frequency was 88 and 114 times,and the frequency was 23.10% and 29.92%,respectively.8.The total number of treatment of 23 records in the study was 20-30 times,accounting for65.71% of the research literature.The number of acupuncture treatment was 20 times in the study literature,with 9 articles,accounting for 25.71% of the total literature.The 30-min retention time was the highest in the literature and 57.14%.Conclusion:1.The results of Meta analysis showed that acupuncture was effective in the treatment of insomnia after apoplexy and had certain clinical value.2.All 14 meridians were involved in the research and treatment program included in Meta analysis.The first choice of prescription groups were: "Shenmen","Baihui","Sanyinjiao","Shenting","four Shencong" and "Neiguan".The acupoints of the first choice prescription group were "Shenmen","Baihui","Sanyinjiao","Shenting" and "Neiguan".Syndrome differentiation of acupoints includes "Taichong","Taixi","Daling" and "Zusanli";most of the acupoints in du Mai and Zu Sun bladder meridians are selected;the local acupoints are mainly head and neck acupoints;the specific points are Wuyu points and the original acupoints are the main points.The "four Shencong" was the best choice for the meridian acupoints,and the treatment time was 30 minutes,and the total number of treatments was about 20 times,and the treatment time was 30 minutes and the total number of treatments was about 20 times.3.The rule of acupoint selection of acupuncture in treating insomnia after apoplexy in modern clinical research is as follows: tranquilizing the mind and soothing the mind,tonifying the mind,nourishing the kidney and nourishing the marrow,regulating the atmosphere and regulating the spirit;regulating the Zang-fu organs and balancing yin and yang are the main principles of acupuncture treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)focuses on the holistic treatment of diseases,syndrome differentiation and treatment,aiming at the pathogenesis,"treatment for the disease",acupuncture treatment for acupoints is "meridians,where the main treatment and treatment" of the characteristics of TCM meridians and collaterals syndrome differentiation;Acupoint selection focuses on the head of the lesion,which is the application of acupuncture therapy to the theory of "treating the symptom" in traditional Chinese medicine. |
