The Diabetes is a chronic systemic metabolic disease that inflicts people's health seriously,it can cause complication such as cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease,eye disease and renal failure.The complications caused by diabetes can be avoid if the patient's blood glucose concentration can be maintained at normal levels,the patient's blood glucose concentration can be maintained at normal levels with the timely adjustment of the dosage of the drug such as insulin according to the result of the real-time measuring of blood glucose concentration,so it is important for real-time measuring the patient's blood glucose concentration.Exiting invasive blood glucose concentration measuring method has a high accuracy of measurement,but it will bring the trauma on the patient's skin tissue;minimally invasive blood glucose concentration measuring method suffer from low measurement precision,and in some situations,some of these types of methods suffer from the high cost.However,OCT(optical coherence tomography),which is a high-resolution imaging technique,have been thought to be an attractive alternative.OCT is a new generation of biomedical imaging technology after X-ray imaging,magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound imaging.It can image the internal structure of detected object with high resolution.So,research on the noninvasive blood glucose concentration measuring method based on optical coherence tomography has profound meaning for the improvement on blood glucose concentration measurement accuracy and the prospect in clinical practice.This paper research on the noninvasive blood glucose concentration measuring method based on optical coherence tomography,we create the single-scattering model for blood glucose concentration measuring,and we conduct the simulation experiment with the Intralipid tissue simulation solution,the result shows the scattering coefficient has good linear relation with the glucose concentration.We obtain the model between the glucose concentration and the scattering through the human serum experiment,and we conduct the human blood glucose concentration measuring experiment this model,the result demonstrates the accuracy of the human blood glucose concentration measurement based on the OCT.Besides,we study the effect of the interferential elements on the blood glucose concentration measuring through conducting the interferential elements experiment of the triglyceride,the result shows that the triglyceride has a little impact on the blood glucose concentration measuring.As the result shows,the blood glucose concentration measuring method based on OCT has preferable anti-jamming ability.
