Bladder cancer is a malignant tumor occurred in bladder mucosa a common urinary system.Clinical treatment of bladder cancer mainly by surgical resection and bladder perfusion method combining the anti-cancer drugs at present. It has any advantages of intravesical, for instance, the drugs can arrive at nidus directly, system toxicity will be reduced,it has a high local concentration. We recurrence bladder cancer's occurrence and development on the mouse's body. The polymer improved pesticide effect of DOX.1.Building the mice bladder cancer model.Using the MB49-luc cell which can produce luciferase. The cell derives from C57BL/6 mice.We transplant the cancer cells into C57BL/6 mousses' bladder epithelium. We using Small animals living imaging technology to detect whether the cells are transplanted on the mice bladder successfully and we also made judgement about the content of cancer according to fluorescence intensity. When we find the cells are transplanted successfully,we will sacrifice mousses at different times.Making pathological histology slices by means of H&E staining.2.Compounding macromolecule polymers.Conjunction of RGD to polymers to made the polymer have the ability to identify integrin ?v?3 on cancer cells membrane. The drug DOX can be conjunction to the polymer by reversible acylhydrazone bond what is a pH sensitively bond. The properties of the polymer were characterized. We detected cell toxicity at the cellular level and the cancer cells uptake polymers in vivo.3.The synthesis of polymers used for mice bladder cancer model has been established to detect anti-cancer effect. At the same time,we will detect the mousses' health during the process of drug administration.
