Study On The Process Reengineering Of Huludao Central Hospital

Process reengineering is around the object of reengineering,based on the existing goals,find the problem,analyze the causes of the problem and make improvements to make comments,until the business process to achieve satisfactory results.This study analyzes the process of Huludao Central Hospital and finds that although the treatment process meets the needs of the patient,the process is too complex and time-consuming.This study takes the Huludao Central Hospital as the research object.First of all,through the field investigation,we find that the problem of the target hospital treatment process is analyzed by the fish bone diagram analysis method,and the reason of each problem is found according to the questionnaire survey.Then,through the calculation of queuing theory,the target hospital key treatment process reengineering to solve the problem of queuing.Finally,throtugh the industrial engineering(IE)program analysis method,dismantling the treatment action,removal,merger unnecessary action,to achieve long-term process reengineering,so that patients from the hospital registration to take medicine to leave the hospital,has been in the most time-saving state.Process reengineering can improve the hospital’s medical environment,so that patients have a better medical experience.
