| Public hospital reform has been an important topic in the field of medical and health rese-arch in the world.Nowadays the new healthcare reform has entered into deep water and every step is important,how to grasp the direction and intensity of the new healthcare reform is particularly important.Corporate governance structure reform of public hospitals fall into stiff situation,national policies and institutional reforms are difficult to promote efficiency in some area,this creates a very negative impact on the long-term development of China’s medical and health fields and to improve public hospitals.This study based on corporate governance reform under the new health care reform research background in public hospitals,first of all,construction of the corporate governance of public hospitals and comprehensive performance evaluation system;secondly,access to the corporate governance structure of public hospitals path impact on the consolidated performance through SEM(structural equation model)method;finally,based on the analysis results of the design data in line with China’s national conditions,help to improve the overall performance of the public hospital system of governance framework and governance structure proposed for the existing hospital specific improvement measures for the medical and health system policies with theoretical support and practical guidance.The results can be widely used as the relevant government departments and decision making in the reform of public hospitals,the theoretical study on deepening the hospital for treatment and effectively promoting the new healthcare reform of public hospitals is important.This study tries to solve the above problems and investigates the effect of the corporate governance structure of public hospitals on the consolidated performance.The research work includes several aspects(1)analyzing the research about corporate governance and consolidated performance by literature review;(2)analyzing the influence of corporate governance in public hospitals on consolidated performance by the principal-agent theory,the stakeholder theory,the property rights theory,then putting forward the influence path;(3)according to the literature review and theoretical analysis to establish the hypothesis model;(4)according people including the health administration officers,hospital administrators,doctors,experts who specialized in health management from Nanjing,Zhenjiang,Wuxi,Suzhou,Shanghai as the study objects,then getting 520 valid questionnaires;(5)the use of Lisre18.70 data to test the reliability and validity,using SPSS 16.0 statistics software to build structural equation model to test the hypothesis.Through theoretical and empirical analysis,it shows that decision-making mechanism,supervision mechanism,management and hiring incentives,and external constraint mechanism has a more significant effect on the overall performance of public hospitals,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey during interviews and questionnaires collected suggestions to improve the overall performance of public hospital reform,such as sound decision-making mechanism of public hospitals to ensure both economic benefits and social benefits;sound public hospital supervision mechanisms and establish the board of supervisors,and improve various rules and regulations and auditing system to avoid seeks profit,to protect stakeholders in hospital construction,to ensure sustain and effective conduct of economy and public welfare;breaking complex stakeholder relationships,setting open recruitment,reasonable appraisal and remuneration system,implementing the management and hiring incentives;improving external constraint mechanism to deepen the separation of management from operation,improve the market competitiveness;actively explore effective governance model to improve the promotion of the feasibility. |
