In recent years, although our country public hospital in security and safeguard the people’s health, plays a very important role in promoting economic and social development, and has made some progress; however, the development of China’s public hospitals are facing a series of problems and difficulties, in the face of these problems and difficulties, the corporate governance structure of public hospitals to implement a lot of. Based on the theoretical analysis and practical investigation, this paper taking Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, to analyze and Research on the corporate governance structure and further reform.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part, introduction.This paper describes the research background,purpose and significance,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas,contents and methods,the innovation points of this paper.The second part is the overview of related theories.Mainly introduces the theory of corporate governance structure,meaning,related theories of the corporate governance structure,the related concepts of public hospital corporate governance structure, etc...The corporate governance structure of the current situation and problems of the third part of public hospitals in china. Analysis of the present situation of the construction of public hospital corporate governance structure in our country,the contradiction within the composition hierarchy,exposed between,analysis the main problems.The fourth part is the analysis of real cases.The author actually involved in the work of reform as an example,to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the representative,analysis of the current situation of construction of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of corporate governance structure and its actual effect,and the existing problems in the operation of the corporate governance structure.The fifth part puts forward suggestions of countermeasures.Aiming at the Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the corporate governance structureproblems in operation,put forward to build its corporate governance structure,carries on the elaboration from the decision layer,management layer and supervision layer,protection and support measures four aspects.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of this thesis.In this paper,taking Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,analyzes the reform of corporate governance structure of public hospitals in China,hoping to provide reference for the current public hospital corporate governance structure reform.
