Objective(s): Proximal Humerus Fractures is a common clinical fracture tape,seriously influenced the quality of modern people’s life. At present, along with the accelerated social civilization and the rapid development of modern medicine,most of PHF patients can be treated effectively, the shoulder joint function can be recovered to some extent .But the clinical therapeutic effect is not always satisfied.The shoulder joint always get hurt and the functions are limited to varying degrees. In this paper, Analysis of theclinical efficacy of PHF which treated by 3D printing technology combined with OBS, which provides a new method and thinking for the treatment of PHF.Methods: 47 cases of PHF in the Department of orthopedics ,Yanan Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University were collected in 2014.09-2016.06. Select Neer classification of Proximal Humeral Fractures in part two, three, four fracture patients, according to the date of treated parity patients were randomly divided into OBS group and plate group.OBS group 24 cases, plate group23 cases. Before the operation all patients get CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction.The OBS group applied 3 D printing technology to build a model, According to the proportion of 1:1 print fractures and restoration model, used the OBS simulation reduction and fixation on models before operation. Operation mainly adopts the delto-pectoral approach. In the operation used OBS to fixation fracture after the reduction. Plate group used the locking proximal humeral plate(LPHP)to fixed fractures. Regularly reviewed X-ray and observe the recovery of shoulder joint function. Application the Constant - Murley score system to evaluate the function of shoulder joint. Using Statistical software to analysis the two groups of patients’ operating time, bleeding volum, the rate of good functional recovery,Analysis the clinical curative effect of 3D printing technology combined with OBS for the treatment of Proximal Humerus Fractures(PHF).Results:Allpatients in OBS groupare healed, one delayed union happened in plategroup.Evaluated the patients function according to Constant-Murley score system,OBS group’s good rate is as high as 92%, whereas the plate group is 86%.After the statistics and analysis,the two groups in terms of incision length, bleeding volum and the rate of good functional recovery has no statistical significance. OBS combined with 3D printing for the treatment of PHF has more advantages than the humerus proximal locking plate in operating time,mean healing time, Radiation exposure andpostoperativecomplications. Patients of the two groups almost satisfied with the recovery of shoulder joint function.Conclusion(s):3D printing technology combined OBS in the treatment of PHF have"personalized","precision","fixed three-dimensional",etc. Meanwhile, 3D printing model gives the surgeon an opportunity to operation out of body before the true operation, improved the surgical curative effect, almost met the requirements of life and work. Worthy of clinical application and further study. |
