Bioinformatics is a new and cross subject to research biology by using applied mathematics,informatics,statistics and computer science.With the coming of big data age,biology big data has also became important studying basis of bioinformatics gradually.According to analysis of visualization technology,it is easy to understand research of much biology data,and connection of data is more clear.The thesis proceeded analysis from feathers of biology big data technology and combined instance data of present plateau and hypertension to form contract of visible research based on whole studying process of digging out data.Of course,the big data technology is still keeping developing,it also faces huge opportunities and challenges.In the past ten years,all studying filed of life science that represented by genormics,medical genetics and neural informatics accumulated lots of data information.These data types with lots of quantities are complex,which have immeasurable value.According to traditional disposing methods,it is hard to clarify complex related connection information in lots of original data.However,the effect of visible data would provide effective way for information display in data.Aiming to biology's feathers with heterogeneous,hugeness and large complexity,the thesis paid attention to analyze biology data disposing works of visualization requests.According to NCBI database to gain two data sets,one is contract of primary plateau and hypertension within species,another is contrast of plateau and hypertension or plain and hypertension.The data includes a variety of biology data information.Aiming to its data feathers,applied algorithm of false discovery rate and Limma installation of R-bioconductor tool in R language to dispose biology data with normalization,therefore,it can meet visualization requests of different gene analysis and gene comments information for better effect of display.Aiming to data feathers after disposing,the thesis selected SAM algorithm of applied false discovery rate to proceeded visualization research for data instances,and used ggplot2 installation of R-bioconductor tool in R language to proceed visualization effect display of difference gene analysis' s volcano plot and comments gene relationship picture based on E-charts tool of Javascript.Based on instance verification of plateau and hypertension,the thesis mentioned visualization method and got good experimental effect,also,it verified rationality and effectiveness of data disposing method which mentioned and designed by thesis.Analysis of difference gene aiming to biology big data and visualization display of connecting with comments information are beneficial for scientists,it helps them to gain effective information of complex data from many angles.
