In the study of economics, health, education, training and migration together constitute the four important parts of human capital. At the same time, health, as an important practical ability, is the most basic of human capital. Because it restricts the other human capital. From the individual point of view, health is both a consumer goods and it is an investment goods. It highlights the health of the economic value. Namely, to invest in health can obtain benefits. However, the current study pay more attention on the effect of education, training and social capital on the income, the economic value of health did not get the attention they deserve. In 2016, the CPC central committee under the state council put forward the "healthy China" , aimed at improving the health. However, rural migrant workers, as the main body of the floating population, has always been the "weakness" of the national health.Until 2014, the number of the floating population has reached 253 million, at the speed of 8 million per year .The number of rural migrant workers has been growing, but as universal health "weakness", the situation is not changed. Health not only concerns the vital interests of migrant workers, it is more related to the "healthy China" goal. Based on the perspective of social justice, we should focus on the health of the rural migrant workers for a long time.In this background, this paper used the authority of CHNS data cross section data, empirical study and comparative study of research methods. On the basis of classic bright income equation the paper builds up the expansion of income equation. Using the method of correlation analysis and regression analysis, it finally draw conclusions: First, there is no significant correlation in health and income of the town workers, but for rural migrant workers, health is associated with a significant income. Therefore, health of rural migrant workers has the income effect. The sick of rural migrant workers every increases 1 unit, income decreases 0.12 units; Body mass index increases per unit, income increased 0.112 units. Second, the rural migrant workers' profession have a certain influence on the health and income. This shows that for rural migrant workers in the technology industry, income is less rely on health. Education and work experience have a significant influence on income. The level of education increases per unit, income increased 0.179 units; and the relationship between working experience and income presents the "inverted U", there is a life cycle. Third, on the whole, rural migrant workers in good health, but compared with the urban workers, they are in poor health. Rural migrant workers are health consciousness, and health care services utilization rate is extremely low. They have health insurance but no reimbursement when they get sick. As a word, their health investment is far from enough. Based on the research conclusion, this paper argues that we should mainly improve rural migrant workers health human capital from two aspects:firstly, from the Angle of investment, to increase the health of human capital investment.Secondly, from the angle of consumer goods, reduce the loss of health.
