[Objective]Chronic occlusion of coronary artery disease is a special type of disease in coronary heart disease. This topic mainly using single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging technology to observe the CTO patients after percutaneous coronary intervention treatment for myocardial recovery, evaluate the CTO-PCI treatment effect, provide the basis for reasonable CTO treatment decisions.[Method]In July 2015 to October 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of kunming medical university during the heart internal medicine hospital treatment, the hospital underwent coronary angiography confirmed before time occlusive coronary artery lesions and lesions is greater than or equal to three months of the patients as the research object.Collect basic data, including demographic characteristics, medical history, angina pectoris, heart function, preoperative SPECT myocardial SPECT perfusion imaging, preoperative ecg, preoperative echocardiographic clinical data, renal function, etc.Complete coronary angiography and interventional therapy to open and close blood vessels, remove surgical failures and treat patients with non-closed blood vessels. The symptoms of angina and cardiac function were followed in 3 months after operation, and the examination of cardiocardial fusion imaging, electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound and kidney function were reviewed. The patients in the group were followed for up to six months of follow-up telephone or outpatient follow-up,and the patients were observed to have a major adverse cardiac events(MACE).The data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software, and the correlation analysis of clinical data and myocardial perfusion was carried out before and after the operation.and the P<0.05 was statistically significant.[Results]1.In total,26 cases were included in the study and 26 cases were followed. There was a significant improvement(P<0.05)in the myocardial perfusion, cardiac function, angina and ventricular wall movement.2.Before and after operation correlated with myocardial perfusion and cardiac function before and after operation(p<0.05),before and after surgery has no impact on myocardial perfusion with angina symptoms before and after operation(p>0.05),the recovery of myocardial perfusion degree and quality of collateral circulation in patients with(rentrop grade)has significant negative correlation(p<0.01).[Conclusion]1.Successful cto-pci therapy can help patients with CTO recover, improve heart function, and reduce angina symptoms.2.After the successful cto-pci treatment, the more recovery the patient's myocardial perfusion, the better the improvement.3.The worse the CTO procedure, the better the improvement in the patient's myocardial perfusion.
