Because of the defects of high power consumption,hign design complexity and poor portability of the existing multi-chip solutions of SEMG signal acquisition and transmission system,this dissertation proposes a single-chip solution based on Bluetooth low energy for the system of SEMG signal acquisition and transmission.According to the requirements of typical application,the design of software and hardware is customized to improve the intergration of hardware and reduce the complexity of software design,making the whole system more efficient and optimizing the user experience.The work of software part contains the porting of Contiki Operation System,coding for the hardware drivers,realization of BLE stack based on the kernel of Contiki,application design of the workflow,optimization of low energy algorithm for the process of signal acquisition,optimization of wavelet based algorithm for the process of transmission,design of android APK for mobile phone receiving and displaying the SEMG signal.The work of hardware part is to customize the SoC based on BLE and implement it with FPGA.This paper gives the statistics the code size of Contiki Kernel and the simplified BLE stack and makes the functional verification and stability test in FPGA.In addition,the workflow of SEMG signal acquisition and transmission and optimization algorithms are implemented and tested with CC2541.The results show that the BLE based single-chip solution for the system of SEMG signal acquisition and transmission system is stable and feasible,and has more advantages than other solutions just as theoretical expectations.
