In 2014,National General Secretary Xi Jinping investigar in Jiangsu Province,stressed: no national health,there is no comprehensive well-off.Medical and health services are directly related to people's health.Safeguarding the health of the whole people is the bounden duty of all levels of government.In the growing population aging today,the development of community health services,and innovative "medical combination" model,has become a focus of attention at home and abroad.Since the construction of the city,the Qingyuan municipal government attaches great importance to community health services,has formulated a number of policy documents and management practices,and continue to enhance health care,and further consolidate the "medical reform" results.However,the government did not meet the expected objectives of the regulatory objectives and requirements,there are still people complaining about the current difficult to see a doctor,expensive medical treatment of the reality,However,government regulation did not achieve the desired effect,there are still difficult and expensive to see a doctor,"big hospital overcrowding,community hospital door" situation has not been fundamentally reversed.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the problems related to the operation of community health service under the background of aging,to provide more convenient and affordable public health and medical services for the elderly and to create "healthy China" brand.In this paper,the community health service center of Qingyuan City as the research object,first from the aging background and community health service development to analyze and construct the theoretical basis of analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation and the dilemma of community medical service in the context of the aging of Qingyuan City,and analyzes the main problems of community health service at the present stage.Third,from the government protection,capital investment,resource allocation,management,technology upgrades,learn from Western advanced management experience.Finally,in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of community health services in the elderly in Qingyuan City,we will put forward some policies and suggestions to improve the community health service in Qingyuan City under the background of aging: First strengthen the community health care security;Secondly reasonable with the of community medical and health resources;third is change the community medical development service model;fourth to establish a sound classification system.
