A Clinical Observation:Treatment Of Perimenopausal Depression By "Jiawei Wumei Bolus" Decoction

Objective To observe the changes of depressive symptoms,perimenopausal syndrome,TCM syndromes and the levels of sex hormone in patients with perimenopausal depression,and to evaluate the efficacy and advantages of "Jiawei Wumei Bolus”decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal depressive disorder.Methods Fifty-four patients with perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into two groups:30 patients in the treatment group and 24 patients in the control group.The rats in the treatment group were treated with“Jiawei Wumei Bolus”decoction,and the control group was given fenaproxen montamethasone.The two groups were treated for 1 month?30 days?.The HAMD-24,the improved Kupperman Index score,the TCM symptom score,the female hormone including E₂,LH and FSH were observed in both groups.Results 1.The HAMD score was used to evaluate the improvement of depressive symptoms in the two groups,and the HAMD scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly decreased after treatment in a month,which was significantly different from that before treatment?P<0.01?.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%in the treatment of perimenopausal depression.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 75%.There was also significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment?P<0.01?.Indicating that the two groups of drugs can be treated perimenopausal depression,and the treatment group "Jiawei Wumei Bolus" decoction better than the control group.2.The KI scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group?P<0.01?,and the scores of the KI scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group obvious.Indicating that the two groups of drugs can improve perimenopausal depression in patients with syndrome,and the treatment group than the control group.3.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment?P<0.01?.The score of TCM syndrome in both groups decreased after treatment,and the score of treatment group decreased.The degree was significantly higher than the control group.Indicating that the two groups of drugs can improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine,while the treatment group is better than the control group.4.In the treatment group,the level of E2 was increased and the level of FSH was decreased,which was significantly different from that before treatment?P<0.05?.The level of LH was not significantly decreased?P>0.05?.The levels of FSH and LH were not significantly decreased in the control group?P>0.05?.Indicating that the treatment group of drugs can improve the level of sex hormones,increased E2,lower FSH,while the control group of drugs on the regulation of sex hormone levels is not obvious.5.No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the course of treatment.Conclusion“Jiawei Wumei Bolus”decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of perimenopausal depression,not only can reduce the symptoms of depression,but also can improve perimenopausal syndrome,regulate the level of sex hormone,improve the quality of life of patients.
