Objectives:Through clinical research,observe GNAP's clinical efficacy of female perimenopausal depression.Methods:1.SubjectsChoice of 45 cases diagnosed as women perimenopausal depression patients.With randomized and parallel positive drug control methods,divided the patients into two groups.The course of treatment falling two cases,it is divided into 23 cases of Chinese medicine treatment group and control group of 20 cases.In the two groups in age,disease, illness,the TCM Syndrome,and other basic conditions of integration there was no significant difference(P＞0.05)before treatment.2.Treatment and observation methods Chinese medicine for the treatment group and fluoxetine hydrochloride for the control group.Both groups were given six weeks for a drug treatment.Before and after the treatment of 2,4,6 weeks use HAMD scale for assessing,before and after the treatment compare kupperman index points and scores of TCM symptom,6 Weekend determine efficacy.3.StatisticallyThe issue of measurement data used t-test;count data used X~2 test;rating information used Ridit analysis.P＞0.05 said there was no significant difference,P＜0.05 said that there were significant differences,P＜0.01 that have a very significant difference.Results:1.Two groups of patients' major criteria's improving situation Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve women perimenopausal depression in patients with symptoms typical of the general and common symptoms of hot flashes Perspiration,easily agitated,insomnia,dizziness headache,irritability,palpitations,six of the symptoms improve the situation significantly Better than the control group,while in depressed,pessimistic,and other symptoms compared with the control group,no significant difference(P＞0.05).Chinese medidne treatment can note a good antidepressant,but also ease the autonomic dysfunction of a series of symptoms;its effect is superior to antidepressants.2.Two groups of patients' HAMD score before and after treatmentThere was no significant difference(P＞0.05)between the two groups' HAND score before treatment.After the two methods respectively treating,the two groups patients' HAMD score decreased significantly,but treating to the No.2 weekend,the control group's HAMD score fell faster,in two groups,the score of the control group was significantly lower than the treated group's,the difference is very Significant(P＜0.01),suggested that antidepressant treatment improvement in symptoms is rapid.However treating to 4,6 weekend,the control group score dropped a considerable extent with the treatment group, two groups of comparison,the difference was not significant(P＞0.05),that Chinese medicine and antidepressants in the treatment of this disease both have a good effect,but Chinese medicine's role of antidepressant is slow.3.Two groups of patients' efficiency rateAfer six weeks' treatment,the total efficiency rate of the traditional Chinese medicine was 86.96 percent,and it's of antidepressant treatment was 95.00 percent,in two groups,the difference was not significant(P＞0.05).Suggest that Chinese medicine and antidepressants treatment of this disease have a high efficiency.4.Two groups of patients' significant efficiency rate Two groups of patients were suffering from the traditional Chinese medicine and antidepressant treatment six weeks,the significant efficiency was 30.43%,respectively, 35.00 percent,in two groups,the difference was not significant(P＞0.05),Suggesting that Chinese medicine and antidepressants treatment of this disease have a high significant efficiency.5.Two groups of patients' kupperman index before and after treatmentThere was no significant difference(P＞0.05)between the two groups' kupperman index before treatment.Afer TCM-therapy the patients' kupperman index decreased significantly,compared with it's before treatment,there was a very significant difference(P ＜0.01);after antidepressant treatment the patients' kupperman index was no obvious decline,compared with it's before treatment there was no significant differences(P＞0.05). After six weeks' treatment,the difference between the two groups' kupperman index was significant(P＜0.01).Suggesting that Chinese medicine can improve the symptoms of autonomic dysfunction and the antidepressant treatments efficiency of these is poor.6.Two groups' efficiency of TCM SyndromeAfter six weeks' treatment,the total efficiency rate to TCM Syndrome of the traditional Chinese medidne was 91.30 percent,and it's of antidepressant treatment was 75.00 percent,in two groups,the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Suggesting that TCM treatment group's efficiency to improve the TCM syndrome in patients is better than that of control group.Conclusion:The two therapy's clinical efficacy is rather,its onset speed is differential,the antidepressant effect of antidepressants appear more quickly,but currently,the scope of application of antidepressant is narrow,because of it's side effects,affect of people's daily lives and so many patients were forced to stop treatment.TCM-therapy of perimenopausal depression advantage lies in the fact that Chinese medicine can not only improve patient's feelings,to reduce feelings of depression,but also can ease a series of symptoms of autonomic dysfunction,improve patients with TCM syndrome,tackling both the symptoms and,fundamentally improve the Perimenopausal women's quality of life.
