A Research Of Transfer Of Training About Public Hospital's Doctor-patient Communication

Harmonious doctor-patient relationship is an important part of harmonious society,good communication between doctors and patients is the basis of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Practice shows that doctor-patient communication training is one of the important methods for strengthening communication between doctors and patients.Therefore,the purpose of training is to improve the communication skills for medical staff,to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Transfer of training is important part of doctor-patient communication training,is the key part of realizing the training effect and achieving the training purpose.According to the literature research,it is found that there are many researches on the transfer of training in the enterprise field,but the transfer of training in the medical industry,especially the transfer of training of doctor-patients communication is rarely in-depth discussion.Due to the lack of guidance on the transfer of training,leading to the training about doctor-patient communication cannot achieve the goal,medical disputes still show a straight increasing trend.To this end,studying the transfer of training for doctor-patient communication deeply,and then exploring the improving strategies to promote the transfer of training for doctor-patient communication,easing the current doctor-patient relationship is very urgent.This paper takes Nanning Public Hospital as the research object,uses literature research to master the domestic and international present research about transfer of training,uses interview and questionnaire to understand the status quo about the transfer of training of doctor-patient communication training in Nanning public hospitals,states the existing problems in Nanning public hospital in recent years,and analyzes the main factors that affect the transfer of training,then puts forward the suggestions to promote the transfer of training,finally constructs the practice mode of the transfer of training about doctor-patient communication for public hospital:standardize the procedures of doctor-patient communication;respectively write communication books according to the patient's disease,age,gender and medical professional title and job title;make full use of the doctor-patient communication record table and the work form of transfer of training to form work habits;make full use of Internet technology to close the gap between doctor and patient,reduce the cost of transfer of training;design the mode of transfer of training about doctor-patient communication to guide the transfer of training.
