Objective:This research aims to observe the expression of HSP27 happened in chronic non-atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric carcinoma and gastric carcinoma with various differentiation using the immunohistochemical method, moreover,to observe and discuss about the expression of heat shock protein 27(HSP 27)and its intimate correlation with the occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University underwent endoscopic biopsy and gastrectomy from the end of January 2009 to December 2015.Among them, chronic non-atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric cancer Each 20 cases.Gastric cancer differentiation: 8 cases of well differentiated,8 cases of differentiation, poor differentiation in 4 cases. All cases of gastric cancer were not received before surgery, chemotherapy. The expression of HSP27 was detected by immunohistochemistry.Result:The expression rate of HSP 27 reached the highest in gastric carcinoma, which was 85%(17/20),while reaching the lowest in chronic non-atrophic gastritis, which was 5%(1/20).The expression rates of HSP27 were 5%(1/20)in chronic non-atrophic gastritis,20%(4/20)in gastric carcinoma,35%(7/20)in chronic atrophic gastritis and 85%(17/20)in gastric carcinoma, which were improved stage by stage. The expression rate of HSP27 respectively were 100%(8/8),87.5%(7/8)and 50%(2/4)at high, moderate and low differentiation. And the expression rates of HSP27 in well and moderately differentiated carcinoma were much higher than that in low differentiated carcinoma,P<0.05.Conclusion:HSP27 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. And the evaluation of HSP27 could provide theoretical basis for early diagnoses and therapeutic schedules of the gastric carcinoma.
