Purpose:Henoch Schonlein purpura(HSP)is a systemic vasculitis,a common childhood complex etiology, the main clinical manifestations were rash characteristic of lower limbs of high leather, press not fade, accompanied by gastrointestinal tract, and kidney and other joint damage,if not treated, can be sicker the occurrence of gastrointestinal hemorrhage, intussusception, hemorrhagic shock, renal failure and other serious complications, endanger the children's safety? The disease pass a few days to several years,short-term prognosis and gastrointestinal symptoms, longterm prognosis depends on the severity of renal damage? The general prognosis is good? The pathogenic mechanism is not clear, there is no specific treatment? Many studies show that the function of T cell subsets may be great participate in its pathogenesis ? The purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of allergic purpura and adverse reactions, and determination of chemokine receptor CCR3?CCR5 levels, and investigate the pathogenesis of allergic purpura and that of Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of Henoch Schonlein purpura(HSP)Curative effect?Method:40 cases of allergic purpura were selected, according to the treatment sequence number, were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely control group and treatment group,20 cases in each group, the control group received routine treatment, treatment for 8 days? The treatment group using compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of routine treatment(1 to 2mg/kg.d,the most abundant 2mg/kg.d,not more than 20mg),once a day,for 8 days?In addition to screening the same period 20 cases of healthy children as healthy group?Through the determination of the healthy group and the HSP group by flow cytometry(treatment group and control group)before and after treatment of the chemokine receptor CCR3?CCR5,the clinical symptoms of the treatment group and the control group were recorded and the clinical symptoms were relieved?Result:1?The clinical efficacy:the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,by statistical comparison,P<0.05,there was a significant difference?2?Clinical symptom remission(regression)time:the treatment group was shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)?3?Compared with the healthy group, the level of CCR3 was significantly increased and the level of CCR5 was significantly decreased in the purpura group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05)?4?Before and after the treatment, the CCR3 level in the treatment group was decreased and the level of CCR5 was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.05)?5?There was no adverse reaction between the two groups?Conclusion:1?Compared with the healthy group, the level of CCR3 in children with HSP was increased, and the level of CCR5 was decreased, which indicated that the HSP of children with Th1/Th2 had the imbalance of Th2 and the dominant expression?2 ? After the treatment of purpura group,CCR3 decreased,CCR5 level increased, the treatment group had significant difference, the mechanism of Compound Glycyrrhizin on HSP can reduce the expression of CCR3,overexpression of CCR5 to regulate the balance of Th1/Th2,which play a role in immune regulation?3?The effect of compound Glycyrrhizin on HSP was significant and safe?...
